Spent 3 hrs building database went to run report and app shuts down Waiting to see how good tech support is Nice look but does not Work

This app is unstable Syncing with the database is unreliable It crashes all the time and hangs for long periods Still in beta

We own a bulk food store and had a data base built on an old Palm OS for ordering from different vendors We used an app called Handy Shopper This app has all the fields built in Great for small businesses or households Thanks Well Done

I went from having chef de cuisine sr sous chefs and myself with paper taking an hour or two to do the order each night when that same time could of been used doing more important tasks I knew there had to be a way out there to order via app BAM I came across order guide an will be using starting Monday Only thing so far I would add is a separate weekend par you can switch it too or able to make certain items weekend items so when you turn that part on those items pars How many to order when less then go up Restaurants like mine in NYC will not get orders on Sunday so we order heavier on Thurs Fri This is how ordering should be done

This is a great app for small restaurants Tech support is superb Emailed them about a feature I would like and they upgraded the app with that feature within a week So happy Great

So nice to have all my item information right at my fingertips I can compare prices and vendors immediately The guys at Brainwash are very responsive to technical questions as well Good job Maybe eventually we can export to an excel spreadsheet Definitely recommend a Bluetooth keyboard for data entry Dig it

I like the simplicity of this product however there is no way to delete an item once you dont stock it anymore More problematic Ive recently noticed inventory amounts arent saving after leaving the app coming back to it This defeats the purpose if the app cant accurately reliably save data Needs help

So far the best thing I have found or my iPad and my pizza shop Sysco app always crashed and would not let me log in this app does the job and emails my order Love it Great for a pizza restaurant

Great app it does well for ordering purposes As far as taking stock of inventory if falls short with organizing your inventory Unable to separate liquor from food and so on I would actually rate it 25 stars for this Hopefully they will upgrade this soon Great app for ordering only

First off i have NO IDEA why it is 13 I manage a small cafe and at first this app was a little confusing but I eventually got the hang of it But then it JUST STOPPED WORKING It wouldnt open Just flash up on the screen and the flash right back away After multiple updates it still NEVER WORKED So I deleted it There goes 13 I wouldnt buy it again
