I set up my account on the online and down loaded the app so I can have the convenience of it on my phone I have tried numerous times to sign into the app without success The app tells me I need to have a Residential account which I have Doesnt allow me to sign in
Thought Id give the app a whirl and sorry to say it does not work Cant log in Not working
Makes it easier to pay your bill So far so good
In six years of using an IPhone this is without questionthe worst app Ive ever used Simply does not work Crashes every time I use it period Awful
I am unable to sign in using this app however I can sign in to the optimum website using the same credentials The app will either state that I have used the wrong IDpassword combo or just crash Since the app is not usable without signing in I have to give it 1 star I will update my rating once this bug is fixed Cant sign in
It seems as though optimum cannot do too much right when it comes to apps Somehow it will not accept sign in and now tells me it cannot deliver mail Called optimum so many times over apps It does not send a temporary password the way it says it will Lots of trouble Stay away from this one

From pay bill to trouble shooting the app offers useful things I experienced the app couldt let me log in because account is not residence account which I have but after first bill payment it was fixed So if you are new customer takes some time and retry it Its useful app
Tried it once and no issues Tries calling on phone and they were experiencing technical difficulties for 3 days in a row Easiest way to pay your bill and get ripped off lol EZPZ
The Application opens and does not take you past the agreement clause It gives you a link to accept the terms only there is not approvedecline button once you scroll to the bottom of the document I thought the app would be great to keep track of my Cable Bill but its App is A Bust I only gave it one star cause it wouldnt let me post this without a Rating The App Is Trash So Far
this app is crashing while signing in and when is loading on iOS 81 fix that bug
