I already hated this app but since the last update its actually gotten worse First off how long is that damned warning about securing the router going to keep popping up every single time I open it Then when I close that it crashes Takes me five times at least to get it to open properly I unfortunately need the app to use as a remote so Im stuck But if I didnt I would delete this and never use it again Worthless This app just keeps getting worse

Please save yourself the aggravation The app freezes all the time while you are streaming You can wait it out miss what you are watching or force close it and reopen the whole app This will buy you a few more minutes of watching until it crashes again Better off watching paint dryI am stuck with Optimums poor service and high prices Only service where I live DO NOT DOWNLOAD

Started using it about 6 months ago and it was great allowed me to watch cable stations on my iPad But latest version freezes consistently after 5 to 10 minutes Close app restart watch 5 minutes freeze Repeat as often as you like How about you revert to the versions that worked Earlier versions were more reliable

Beware of the third party affiliates NAI and what you agree in the terms conditions of the app The opt out choice of submissions of their 94 advertisers media may not opt out successfully Agree or not agree just be cautious and read it carefullysharing IP address phone SS etc With third party advertisers should be a choice Thus I wont use the app Privacy FCC rights

This App constantly fails to fully load the channel guide is hardly ever available When it does load and I try to play something I always get a message saying there is a problem viewing that channel Or it will start and then freeze after a minute or two Optimum needs to stop issuing upgrades until they are sure it works properly Horrendous

As usual Optimum never fails to achieve the lowest possible level of service and competence Live TV consistently freezes every few minutes Sometimes it will restart other times you need to switch channels or the restart app I can rip this apart but wont bother since everyone but Optimum seems to understand Its Optimum What did you expect
