It does not tell you when the train is late or how late it is Not knowing how late the train was made me late I kept waiting for Live
I like BUT wrong schedule This supposedly pulls info directly from an MTA source BUT when theres a Service Change it doesnt show accurate trains NO GOOD I love most of the OnTime apps but this one needs some work I love the platform info a big plus Also train s would be nice too Please updateFIX app so I can give 5 stars I like BUT wrong schedule

What good is the app if the information provided is wrong I am at Grand Central waiting for the next train to Westport The app says 932 pm or 1032 pm I got here at 1010 and find out the 1004 has left and the next one is 1123 None of these are listed in the app They are on the printed schedule I have had this problem before They apologize and claim they get their info live from Metro North Metro North denies it I am going back to the printed version Wrong information
I love the GUI but the app can be unreliable I often get train times displayed of the opposite route of what should be displayed For example the screen says it is showing gct to Scarsdale but in fact the times shown are Scarsdale to GCT It will show correct times if you refresh the screen Refresh of train times could be better
At first this app was okay Now it is terrible I get an error message saying it cant find schedules every time I open the app At busy times it crashes and often when I change stations it displays the wrong schedule Good idea bad app
Preferred the older version that showed you scheduled arrival times on each station for a particular train I could care less about fares peak or off peak Dont like the update

This app is not at all as good as the regular On Time all Live crashes has inaccurate time tables and shows an error code whenever I open the app Fix this app or drop it On Time Needs s lot of bug fixes Get On time instead

Doesnt work offline I get an error message every time it opens and about 25 of the time it gives me the wrong times listed for the schedule eg it will list the times for trains from White Plains to GCT but will say that theyre the times for GCT to White Plains You only find out it screwed you when you show up and there are no trains Worst app ever

Wellintentioned app that has some problems It doesnt handle network problems gracefully should save and keep showing the last list of trains if network fails Tapping a train should show stops instead of fares Should stick to last origindest instead of always returning to home station Has some problems
