When I had my older iPhone I loved that I could log in using the finger print Now that I have the iPhone X I have to painstakingly type my password in every time Please add the ability to log in with Face ID and I will rate 5 stars                     Update Trashdog24

I have tried to download this app several times so I can monitor him my spending unfortunately this app is not working so do not try to download this application because it will take you to other websites that does not pertain to this website I highly recommend use caution with this site     Don t download this app Magill001

This app has all the bells and whistles you would expect from a large bank s app however unlike those apps this one crashes often and has tabs that go completely unusable for days at a time I haven t been able to use Mobile Check Deposit in weeks I even called to inquire and they told me there was not a timeline to fix         An App that Looks Good Low Reliability Tulsa Customer

What was wrong with the old version It seems like every time I try to log on anymore the app never wants to show my balances I hate the large font and having to go to a new screen to log out is inconvenient especially since you didn t have to in the past     Newest version is awful Spider guy 2099

Absolutely love this app So quick to load easy to make mobile deposits and very user friendly I am still able to use touchID so not sure what others are mentioning                     Easy and Quick Mah_way

I agree with Longtime Rep above it was a great app that worked just fine then there was an update and I was embarrassed to use it in public which was the only time I needed to use the app and having a separate screen to find and log out on its just unnecessary NOW THE APP IS FROZEN AND WON T EVEN OPEN OR LET ME DELETE IT What a mess guys Please make note and fix these issues so I can go on to be a happy customer since 1991 and pleased with the online system Thank you     What happened It was just fine before NPR gal

Oh my word Good example of new improved look usually isn t The font size to log in is now smaller But the font size showing acct info is so huge that if I xfer inside the store people 2 aisles over will be able to see my balance acct info Also why was it a good idea to make us go to a separate screen to log out Unless I m home I probably won t be using the new look version much         What Happened Longtime Rep

Beware that mobile deposits are not readily available and must go through the federal reserve You will have no leverage to claim how much your account shows per day and will not be able to see balances past the current date Credit union will not believe you when you question this either Probably best to just visit them to deposit checks in person rather than be inconvenienced by their ridiculous fees Even for members who have had accounts for YEARS     BEWARE SLP girl
