Ive been using this app since it first came out last year I was happy to know I could get in contact with people all around the world made old friends and new ones But since May there has been no update and yet again the app is starting to act up which is a problem to me and a lot of the users Ive tried reaching out multiple times to Okhello support but of course no one gets back to me To anyone thinking about downloading this app DONT they dont keep it consist an and dont reply if you need help with app support Horrible

After downloading the app it would NOT let me log in I provided the right information and I kept getting a notification stating that there is no log in server provided although I was connected to wifi Also a verification was sent to my phone and that also did not work After multiple attempts I could not use my number anymore Terrible app Wont let log in

I love this app but there are several small things thy could use improvement The video gets blurry and it isnt always easy to switch from on filter to the next Also it doesnt always connect to video right away It has a lot of potential
This app told me my session timed out and that I had to re enter my info it told me my password was wrong so I changed it and it still said it was wrong so I emailed customer support a couple weeks ago with still no answer Great app but I cant log back in

Ok so I noticed that something was weird with my account and a guy named Benji moore tried to follow me and my friends so we just ignored it and tried to report him and then he started sending us messages that were inappropriate and very bad dont get the app Bad stalker
This app was heaven sent when it came out Its the way my best friends and I keep in touch after moving to different corners of the country Now every time I log in Ive been receiving server errors just like many people are currently experiencing Its so annoying I guess the app was too good to be true Server Error

I love this app It has connected me with lots of friends overseas and the video call experience itself is pretty smooth but Im having many issues with it right now I cant use the filters I cant drag my video screen down to the stage nor I can drag anybodys screen and I cant use stickers Every Time I try to do these things an error message appears saying something went wrong I have an iPhone 5 if you guys fix this Ill give you 5 stars otherwise Ill give 3 until the issue is fixed Thank you I love the app but

I really love how easy it is to start group chats with friends and family My 1 brother lives in NJ and another in FL and were able to hop on OkHello to video chat whenever we want We share YouTube videos we find and watch them directly in the chat Its also fun adding filters to the video Another thing I like is being able to talk in topical rooms like chatting with others about The Oscars or my favorite sports teams Awesome messaging and video chat
I used to have this app and liked it Recently I redownloaded it onto my new iPhone 6 App will not let me log in says no connection to server Ive emailed OkHello support and also tweeted them they have not replied to either Horrible customer service There are so many other great group video chat apps to use and OkHello has lost me until they step it up Used to be good
