Purchased app will work on iPhone but not on iPad Too bad I purchased it to do inspections with on my iPad Start up to app and two clicks later it craps out So far a huge waste of money Firefighter
I love the concept of being able to gather prefire information on an app without Internet connection However every time I go to switch between text entry fields the app crashes It also crashes every time I push the support button I wouldnt waste the 10 for this app that has a TON of bugs to workout still Keeps crashing

I downloaded this because I am a current Emergency Reporting user The Inspection module seems to work ok but every time I try to edit the Occupancy Contacts the app crashes Also the description states that it is optimized for iphone 5 Nope You cant even see the desktop to use the app Screen formatting is horrible on iphone Feel like I got ripped for 10 bucks Emergency Reporting can do much better Crashes a lot Will not work on iphone 5 Bad formatting
I was hoping that this app would have been fixed by now since so many bad reviews but its not Crashes a lot it seems that its not even working at all And its 999 Thats crazy considering the amount of money my departments pays for the service to begin with Terrible app waste of money
I really want to like this app but it needs work It has been getting better but still has a ways to go It crashes quite often It wont remember your login information You are required to enter name and password each time you open it Also it wont recognize my password to authorize an inspection so I cant complete one using the app It does have features letting you enter pictures into your inspection have signatures for the inspector and building rep and email a copy of the report as soon as its finished In the rest of the occupancy section there are lots of great features built in I hope they continue to work in it and get it functioning soon Amazing potential
This app is very convenient to use on the iPads and makes conducting preplans easier It is nice to be able to add pictures directly from the device into the program Sometimes not all of the data is synchronizing between the app and the actual web version but allinall it has been helpful It would be a lot better if they could add the option to enter information in the Fire Protection Systems Tab specifically FD Connections Sprinkler Riser Location and Water Supply Info Decent App

Dont waste your money The only thing this app does is let you view an Occupancies basic info or add a new occupancies basic info You are not able to do an inspection using this app You are also unable to even access the emergency contact info Im not sure what the benefit is to having this app Our hope was that we would be able to take an I Pad to do an inspection form as well as change any contact info TOTAL FAIL Total Fail ERS Try again
Unfortunately every time I try to do a search the app crashes and shuts down The local search works ok but the app in general has a ways to go Not quite there yet
The bad crashes a lot does not integrate hydrants or have the ability to add them to prefire plans must take a new photo to add to files can not use existing one in camera role The good tons of useful information at your finger tips while on scene allows for a better size up as long as building info has been entered prior to call Overall The app has great potential Just needs some fine tuning to turn this app into something great Good but can be great
