I just saw there was an App Its so easy to find donor locations and make appointments Even better than the full site on my computer Very straightforward It would be better if it had some info on the NY Blood Center and what it does etc NY blood Center App
Simple app Good to see past and future donations Would like calendar integration when I make new appointments though Soso
Its very useful to book appointments but is clunky please release an update that allows a user to remain signed in on the app Entering my email and dob and password every single time is a drag Also once you click on view full site you cant get back into the app home screen wo shutting down the app and reopening it Maybe also link up w advantage points Thanks for developing it but please invest in some improvements or people will not use it long term Needs work for sure
This app has potential but seems like there wasnt a lot of thought put into the features or interface Sign in is awkward There need to be instructions on the format for entering your birthdate mmddyyyy mmddyy June 12 1990 You need to be able to stay signed in or at least just enter your password for subsequent visits It needs to show when you will be able to donate again This is one of the most important pieces of information that Im looking for when I went to use the app The app should show your reward balance And able to link you to a place where you can redeem your rewards Thats what I expected when I used the tab that said my account Clunky
The app needs to include next eligible donation dates My last donation dates are of no value Also every other app keeps you logged in while this logs you out every time you change screens This app is incredibly frustrating and needs to be changed or scrapped This app discourages blood donations
