Not as fast as it should be           Slow

Simply put I operate a lot more fluidly with this app It has saved me in so many situations Ive lost count Another way to put it I would lose business without it                 Managing Broker 12 years

I use this app sometimes but find the data to be behind real time data sometimes by days not hours This lessens the usefulness for agents           OK app

I really like having this app on my ipad Like others have said it does not have the full functionality of the NWMLS site but it is very handy to have when you are out driving around showing houses or hosting an open house It provides good quick information when I need it              Good App

This app is suppose to be helpful but going to the site on mobile not the app is more productive than this You cant get basic features like lot size and forget typing in an address for listing info if you dont have an mls number You also wont get all listed info in each listing        Useless on the go

Its helpful but it could use more features On the full site you can pick you report This app only gives the short report              Nice app

There is no way to search a property mls or by address or any other way The only way to search is to create a search on the desktop first     Horrible

One time I was searching active listings and everything on the map was canceled I think it might be somewhat accurate but I think it needs to be checked with our multiplelisting online from our computers It would be wonderful if it was reliable data           NWMLS AP

I like the quick link to get directions and the homespotter I dont like the full reset each time I close the app and the address search just plain doesnt work           Its ok

Update is 1000x better visually Probably gonna take a few times to get used to but very nice                 Smooooooth

This app at best is a very clunky way to muddle through matrix An easier and more effective solution would be to simply make matrix supported on mobile devices Until that happens it looks like I will be taking my laptop with me to coffee shops and the like when I meet with clients outside my office        Home Spotter is great other things notsomuch

Parcel boundaries on the GPS map would be very useful Make the NWMLS app stay open when a user changes screens It defaults back to the home screen al the time           Parcel Boundaries

about the only thing it is good for when working with buyers is looking up a property to get at agent remarks It is highly non functional to not be able to cart listings to make it easy to go back and look up once you go back to main menu what u had looked up is gone why is hard to understand being able to save listings in a client identified cart to make it easy to go back to them on the road seems like a no brainier it seems like u need a core group of mobile users to give u feedback on how to make it a more valuable tool for RE Brokers        This Could Easily Be Much Better

I was so excited that the MLS was creating an app SO EXCITED But when I got a chance to use it I hated it almost immediately Its functionally awkward It restarts every time you change between programs iPhone Address searches do NOT find the property via the search bar cross referenced this against the traditional website and the surprisesurprise it worked just fine Ill even admit that maybe Im missing something but if so there should be some clues out there for the less sophisticated users god knows they probably quit on the first failed attempt        Not a fan

The only time I use this app is when I am out showing homes and need to look up nearby listings Searching for an address is a real pain and if the map pin is off Im most likely not going to find before I start looking like an idiot in front of my clients Plus it keeps asking me to rate this app and I hate that So here is your just reward        Needs better search tools

Very useful when Im out and about Would be nice to be able to bookmark houses I want to show There could be a way Im just not inclined to figure it out              Decent app

Definitely better visually but the New Listing time period gets in the way of when the property goes pending Eg a property is listed and goes pending the same day the pin stays bright green without changing to orange until whatever time period you have set for a new listing to stay bright green Only inside the details can you tell that it is actually pending Please fix this issue it is confusing when looking on the map There will always be bugs to improve on Nice job so far              Much Better

I use this app all the time but Im not sure how perfect the data is Seems like it doesnt show the most updated information and really wish is had more of usual features of the NWMLS website please make THAT more mobile So I only use this for casual purposes not for serious searches or with clients              Good but needs work

This version is not working Fix it please     New Version is Not Working

This is helpful and Im glad it exists But I wish it was as robust as the normal website I would like to be able to check my Suprakeys activity on my listings from this application Had also to be able to change listing input and add open houses           Missing full functionality

Half the time it will show no listings regardless of what parameters I set It is very difficult to find anything unless I already saved a search        Works only half the time

Youd think by now they would realize that the inability to keep it in the same spot when you get back to it like after taking a phone call going to the maps etc completely defeats the purpose of it I mean it maps directions which is awesome when I click on a listing but the program forces you to use the native map on my iPad When you go back to the app the list of homes that I chose the mapped listing from is gone and I have to go through the whole process of digging it out of my database again A complete waste of time and defeats the purpose of the convenience this could offer Were mobile professionals It goes without saying that we multitask and use multiple apps as we are doing our jobs Even the most basic wasteoftime video game holds your spot when a call comes in Fix that and you have a great start but for now this is simply an exercise in frustration where software developers who arent on the front lines simply have no idea what theyre doing Its all about neat features and no actual useful functionality Sorry to sound so harsh but Ive had this app since the beginning and its had this MAJOR flaw the whole time I thought by now theyd have taken care of this Im not saying I dont appreciate the effort and its not like its easy to program but they really need to get a focus group of techsavvy agents to clue them in or something This could totally rock if they took the time to make it do so It has sooooooooooo much potential     Great idea still dont use

This is a fantastic asset in the field especially on the iPad It has a long ways to go to give you the kind of flexability you have with the desktop version but its a great start Definately needs to have more customization in the searches Id love to see a feature to build a tour that would navigate the broker and the client and bring up last and next properties as you are driving Most NWMLS subscribers Ive spoken to are offended that given the high dues we pay the NWMLS insists on charging extra for this app It should be part of their normal expense of updating and maintaning the functinality of their service I look forward to regular updates please           Great Tool good start
