When trying to use the formulas section any area that requires you to input data or values is hidden I cant scroll to see them and I cant pull it down Incapable of using this at all Please fix Screen gets stuck

I just started a nursing program and the care plans are by far going to my biggest challenge This app looks to be a very good resource to writing my care plans One note to the developer on your next update could you make the app work in landscape mode for the Ipad Other than that its great so far Four stars for the ipad landscape not working Nice resource
Stupid app wont open Glad I didnt pay for this This app wont open
What a waste I got this app to aide in the rest of my rotations pediOB and med surgeII The only care plans to work was the general Anytime I chose pediatrics or maternal the wrong care plans come up I tried refreshing but nothing works and I cannot get to my intended care plans Awful none of the other care plan work

This app is great for care plans but I wish all diagnosis were NANDA diagnosis Or maybe add NANDA above each page like the picture shows on the App Store I bought it and it still doesnt show the NANDA diagnosis Nanda

It has no correct nursing diagnoses by NANDA so not accepted by your teachers You can use it for actions and rationale though Students DO NOT USE

The questions are great but when I ask for a rationale the app freezes for days I have not been able to use the app as much as I would like to due to the multiple times I have encountered freezing Once this significant issue is fixed I am sure it will be an app I will be happy to use again Thank you Suggestions for improvement
You start the test click on rationale and it wants to charge you Anything you click on it wants to charge Dont waste your time Good luck on NCLEX Horrible
The rationales dont work properly There are very few Care Plans and the ones there are are lousy and not NANDA As a nurse I can tell you this is a complete ripoff and dont waste your 6 DO NOT BUY
Not all care plans are available Each content has additional charges And correct care plans doesnt correspond to their title I deleted this app bc its such a waste of space and on my phone Do not purchase Additional charges for other care plans

I use this for my nursing fundamentals class It helps a great deal with figuring out NANDAS for clinicals and the concept maps The only item since the update is that the quiz notification no longer takes me to the daily nclex question which are great Thats the only item that needs fixing so far Great app for class
The questions are very helpful I am unable to open the daily questions since Apple updated and I miss them Great app

I have used this app for a couple of years first as a nursing student and now as an RN The app allows me to find diagnoses when the canned options in my EMR dont quite fit HOWEVER the actual search function does not and has never worked properly If you try to do a search it will give you options to choose from but when you choose one it simply goes to page 1 5stars if this were working Good resourcehowever
Use the free apps Theres no difference when you buy it Regret of buying it Ms
