Hey nurses Stop writing notes on scratch pieces of paper or trying to remember little thing you did during your shift and save it in Nurse Notepad instead As a nurse I get so busy ...
This app in its current form is incomplete and not useful for RNs but has a lot of potential Its a fantastic idea but it needs to expand Not all nursing is the same and the user needs to be able to select what features they want for their particular notes neuro gi integ joints etc they need to be able to check off from a list for quick assessments and still have the ability to enter personal notes under it ie multiple selections for a each particular system WNL reddened pale blue necrotic etc I would avoid any patient identifiers on this app name DoB etc The ability to change room numbers would be nicein addition to having a pass code on the system to prevent unauthorized use A lot of potential with this app further development could yield a fantastic app that many nurses would adopt Incomplete RN app currently but has HUGE potential
