Once a useful and simple app greed for advertising revenue has killed it Run away     Once it was useful now it is not

This use to be the best phone app but now you have to spend almost 2 mn watching videos for one phone number Just google the phone number on your phone Its quicker than this app Dont bother downloading     Too many videos to watch for one number

Was good a few years ago when I first got it Tried to get a number today and even though it hasnt given me good information in a long time it said I couldnt get number until I watched a video I am assuming so I would go to paid version So I am deleting it     Not worth it

Used to be free to use the service now they want you to pay or watch 3 stupid video for just one credit Just to search one number you need credits I understand why the company did some changes but you just killed the app Not so smart move Bye bye     Used to be great not it not worth any

This used to be a great app but like so many similar type of info gathering apps they got greedy and now force people to pay or watch ad videos Ok so I could tolerate watching an ad IF they had info on a number BUT after watch two videos I got an info not available message They knew that they had no info before I watched the ad So they knowingly waste peoples time And now that their app is lousy theres probably less people using the app Greed never pays off in the long run Change back to the way it was or something better or be a big FAIL     This used to be a good app but not anymore

I have an iPhone 5S running iOS 813 This ap was great when it first came out but since around late September 2014 and as I write this on 1142015 when I get a call and it shows up on my iPhone 5S as a Number Guru Top Spammer my iPhone is eventually LOCKED UP and wont respond after I look at the Top Spammers Number Guru and I neverever started a contact list like this nor a group that magically appeared on my iPhone contact list What I had to do third time no less in about 45 days was to delete Number Guru from my iPhone and then do TWO hard resets That allowed me to go back into recent calls and I avoided selecting the Number Guru Top Spammer but I selected ALL recents and deleted them I tried just deleting Number Guru Top Spammer by itself but thats when the iPhone would lock up After three times of my iPhone 5S being locked up and running IOS 812 I am tossing Number Guru totally off of my iPhone Sadly this was a great app until the software developer started forcing iPhone users to watch a video before they would allow you access to their app in order to look up an unidentified caller and in the process leave a worthwhile comment about the specific Spammer who is trying to rob unsuspecting people of their identity and steal clone their credit cards In the future and until Number Guru goes back to their better app they used to have Im letting ALL calls I receive that I do not recognize nor which ARE NOT in my iPhones calling directory to go to VOICE MAIL especially calls from weird area codes that I do not recognize Number Guru is TERRIBLE now     Guru gone BAD

I first downloaded this app a couple of years back when it came out at the time it was pretty useful but then they started adding adds and limiting what you could find unless you paid for the services which in my opinion was Far to much I think they should look at their reviews and try to Upgrade to at least a 3 star service This app is all about how much money they can make and not about providing a service at a reasonable price Its All about the Benjamins     Number Guru

This used to be a great musthave app Lately its been overrun by loads of ads I now just use the web version instead     Ads killed this excellent app

Now I have a dozen number guru in contacts cannot delete then customer service is ignoring me knowing about this     Dont add to contacts

Ive used this app for several years and found it somewhat useful Now its become spam itself I dont really want to waste my time saying much just that the other one star reviews are right and I thought this app deserved as many as possible     This app is spam

This app used to be the best Now its the worst thing in the world Type in a number watch 3 ads just to see the results which usually say unknown or unavailable     Terrible

First of all virtually no info is given on the numbers entered Secondly why do I have to watch 3 videos thats 3 full minutes of videos in order to get feedback on the number entered After going through 3 videos feedback is nonexistent It simply says Unavailable 3 minutes of noisy ads must be listened to in order to find out no data is available on the number entered The forced ads are counterproductive Not only will I not watch the ads I simply wait for them to stop without watching but I absolutely refuse to install any app thus advertised Worse is that the ads do NOT automatically go away You must manually delete them So 3 times the full length of the ad must be played and 3 times you must manually select to delete them And I cannot silently check a number because the ads play as noisy videos In the end other than city state which usually displays anyway no data is offered on the number 3 full minutes of noise 3 manual deletions even before Number Guru will run With service like that why would I even consider Premium Upgrade This is the worst non app ever Its coming right off my phone Number Guru You mean Number Fuckup     WORST NON APP EVER

This new number guru is pretty bad U now have to watch ads to get a search result Unfortunately all the results say unavailable even the ones that are spambillcollectors Ive even put in a number that I knew was spam it would show up as spam on the previous number guru But now it doesnt even detect if Deleting this app Sorry guys     Tried at least 7 searches all results unavailable

This app was useful but the new ads are just a bad way to do things Im not going to waste a minute of time to access info I could get with less time by searching the web Before having to watch 1minutes of videos for every search it was useful and faster than searchingbut the toll is too high Deleted     Went fro useful to garbage

It is supposed to identify spam callers but now its redundant because you have to watch ads to find out if your call is spam It should then warn you about itself Replacing spam with spam is stupid     I deleted this spam app

It said I needed to watch one video ad before it would return any result Then after that ad it said two more ads I never got to see my querys result Total garbage     Not working even after watching painful as videos

I used to love this app You could get useful information rapidly Recently they changed approaches I paid 10 for the upgrade hoping it would be valuable in spite of many poor user comments Now about the only thing I see is that I can pay an additional fee for information thats for every single number I look up I would rather have some info for free like they used to provide Now its useless Deleting the app     Used to be good

I tried it with a number I didnt know then put in the number of someone I did know and it gave me the same info on both numbers Even the carriers are wrong Feel bad for anyone who paid Its worthless     App is a scam

So I go to see the owner of a number and the app says its no longer shared with me WTH I hate shared Cloud accounts So I get the app again and punch in the number and it asks if I want to spend 2 to reveal the name of the owner instead of the usual video routine Dafuq Ill totally sit thru stupid videos for an occasional number but I aint paying no 2 or 10 for that baloney Up your Jobu     Doooooooood not cool

I used the free version of this app for a couple of years and it was great but unfortunately this version is terrible not worth downloading What a shame I used to like this app but now they want 999 for the app or watch 3 videos for 1credit to look up a number that may not even be in their directory     Used to be good now terrible

This app was GREAT I downloaded it with others listed before it and when I got to this one I only wished I got to it sooner than wasting my time I dont know what the app used to be but I am totally fine with watching a few long videos so long as I can get my information for FREE And I did a name was all I wanted and a full name was what I got Definitely keeping this for the future                 Dont believe other reviews

A waste of data and time it makes u watch videos to earn 1 measly credit to lookup just to get no results at all I wont rate it a 10     this app is trash and doesnt deserve any stars

This app places a new contact in my phones contact list that gets loaded with spam numbers Now when I open my contacts I get the number guru contact and all my contacts lock up so I cant access them The screen just freezes Tried removing number guru but still have the contact problem Tried rebooting the phone and the problem continued Finally tried restoring my phone data but still couldnt get rid of that problem Still waiting to hear from the developer Think carefully before getting this app and be sure your phone is backed up before loading it     Dont load to an iPhone 6

This App is totally unacceptable absolute Spam It created a Top Spammer Contact on my phone then kept multiplying the same contact to about 20 duplicate contacts When I tried to delete the 1st of the duplicate contacts It froze so I now have NO Contact access I deleted the virusinfected App but still have the 20 virus infected frozen Contacts on my phone HELP     This App created Spam on my phone
