This app was a very helpful resource for preparing for the CSCS exam Questions were similar to the ones I had on the exam The app helped me to get an idea where I was weak and focus on those subjects Highly recommended Great prep for exam Nalaras

I used this for my on the go study tool and was able to get through all 600 questions in about 2 5 weeks It definitely needs more questions dealing with athletic profiles and application of the knowledge learned but overall a great almost necessary tool for CSCS studying Definitely the best app out there right now My takeaway advice would be to take the overall score you get after answering at least 300 questions and reduce that by 10 For example I ended up with an 84 on the app but averaged 74 for both parts of the actual exam Good basis I passed my exam Ccajina
If you answer wrong majority of the time it does not tell you what makes that answer correct It merely defines the correct answer It s then left up to you to figure out what makes that answer correct Not cognitive enough Therealachilles

I really like this app for preparing myself for the CSCS however there were a lot of typos and the explanations were sometimes too difficult to understand Good Preparation Tool
Pro Easy Quick Better than flash cards Tells you reason why the correct answer is right Cons Not many science questions Dont go into full detail and reasoning why the correct answer is correct Only 600 questions Not even 12 hours in Ive already crushed 100 questions I have yet to look at other materials for this exam however this provides better stimulus than flash cards Its great if you have time to kill but there is one thing I wish I delved more into the science and explanation why correct answers are correct Put it this way You still need to study the book Good but needs some work

I am currently studying for the CSCS and this is a very simple app that keeps my readings fresh in my mind and if Im struggling in a particular area ex Exercise science or program design you can just do questions on those and really sharpen your knowledge Also keeps a history of all the questions you missed to really set a benchmark to help you know youre learning I would insist on people to download this Money well spent
There are numerous grammatical errors and badly worded questions ie a word is missing and you have to guess what the question is asking Too many of the explanations just reword the question Some of the correct answers are wrong Dont know if its really worth 20 Thats on the cheap end for cscs test prep but I guess you get what you pay for Errors
Many of the questions regarding plyometrics are unclear as to what is actually being measured and only ask if it is increasing or decreasing The specific questions about hamstring curls never tell you which kind of hamstring curl is taking place seated or prone and the will directly lead to the questing being completely wrong I feel like half of the questions werent proof read at all before being entered Otherwise its very helpful Helpful but
