This app is an embarrassment It is abnormally difficult to get to the program schedule even harder to build a personal schedule and then it won t export to my calendar Once I linked my profile to LinkedIn I could not manually edit it to bring up relevant information to other attendees Seriously the NRF needs to do some soul searching The Shop org program conference has deteriorated to a largely meaningless line up and this app tells you the core values of customer engagement are not in play in this arena     Everything that is wrong with Ecom Old School Print Fan
