Um I guess Louisiana is no longer a state because its not an option So I cant even register to use this Guess I should have believed those other reviews Cant use
No one is ever available for video consultation The response is near zero via email Every time when I login no providers are available for video consultation just a so called receptionist After leaving a message waiting for a long time and trying to call I just gave up This is a horrible app with a good idea but it just doesnt work at all The introduction video with a casino dealer is over selling the idea of some sense of stateoftheart solution A pure waste of time Worthless App Dont get it
This have to be the worst app in the history of apps I already have an account and this app wont let me sign in without creating a new account Whats going on We should be able to sign in with our account numbers and get going simply a terrible design Worst
Couldnt initialize video for either the desktop or iOS versions Would be cool if it worked I had issues even verifying my insurance information Way more complicated than the trouble is worth Junk

I had a very bad case of food poisoning from eating bad fruit hours earlier and wanted an antibiotic to cure it Doctor simply says Since I cant push your stomach to feel the pain I dont feel comfortable giving you any medicine This service is very limited Go to the Urgent Care Are you kidding me You cant even help me with that Wow what a dumb app WORST SERVICE EVER
Very easy to use for me in Nevada Saved me a 30 min drive to the quick care for my daughter Prescription was sent during my video visit Highly recommended if able to use in your state Very good app

Dont bother wasting your time putting this app on your phone There is never a provider actually on here to help you Ive used it three times when I needed medical assistance and every time I had to go to Urgent Care or make a doctor appointment This sounded like a great app that would have saved time and resources but it has no use if there are no providers available Taking it off of my phone now Never a provider available
Had an insightful chat w a wonderful dr re a stomach bug I picked up All in minutes Im in love w this app and in love w my newfound ability to avoid dr visits at all costs Wow
Super easy to use Got to see a doc in less than 10 minutes No time wasted on a phone for an appointment in the waiting room or in the exam room I waited on my couch in my pajamas in my home Used it twice and will continue to use it whenever I have symptoms that are appropriate for the now clinic Ingenious
Had a little trouble getting it to work but thats probably because I downloaded it before the service was up and running Once I deleted the app and did it again it worked fine Customer service was helpful and nice The last thing I wanna do when Im sick is leave my house and sit all day at urgent care this feature now allows a Dr to come to me via video chat They were even able to fax a Dr Note to my job Great idea I like it
Every Time I log in there is never a provider Just a receptionist and you cant even select it Is it that Im missing something Very disappointed Where are the providers
Im not sure why the full site works great my my laptop but its impossible to get to on my phone App is not user friendly and never allows you to sched an exam Very disappointed Terrible app
The first step is to enter some information where state is required The list to populate the state is blank but its required Not going to be easy to use the service if I cant sign up Cant even register
