Notes Plus - Handwriting, Note Taking, Shape Drawing, and Sound Recording

This is a great app for all my notes and ideas I can keep things organized in different notebooks that are easy to search It even has TAB formatted pages so I can transpose music to TAB for my Strumstick                 Cant say enough

I think I have tried them all Been using Notes Plus for quite a while now and i think it has the best integration with external programs the best handwriting recognition and the most features Only one of many I have kept                 Best Notes App I have used

I have spend a lot of money looking for the best app for note taking Im a student and I take a lot of hand notes Tons of features very intuitive save with passwords take notes with the keyboard too u can do it all It lets you customize the size of the lines for you to write on and makes it better for a big print Everything youre looking for its in this app Compatible w all the Bluetooth stylus in the market I love that                 Best hand note taking app

The app requires you to circle scribbles that you want to convert to text This can get pretty annoying Also the conversion is not reliable more does it have any autocorrect feature     Poor hand writing to text recognition

I used this heavily for a year including the handwriting recognition to much satisfaction Ive tried many others but I appreciate notes plus for great execution available papers speed reliability for writing easy highlighting switch to text and other intuitive features so I am back The recent intro of full page handwriting recognition is a huge help Add love the new search within handwritten text My tests show very effective I was wanting this feature                 Tried many and came back

I was looking for quite a while for an app that I could use to help me do my mathwork easier I dont like using paper because I like being able to take a screenshot and write directly on it That makes it so that you dont make a silly mistake copying down the problem that youre trying to solve I was using ProCreate because its such a full featured app that made it easy to write on a screen shot but this is definitely a better solution seeing as how it includes a very reliable form of palm rejection plus the myriad of other features that this app has It has quick buttons that make it very convenient to put the screenshot in there quickly they have a built in browser which doesnt support third party cookies and is therefore useless to me currently that you can use to take screenshots from even faster than getting it from the image import option Another big thing that I want to mention about this app is that after you pay the initial cost you have all the features They dont make you pay for every type of paper like PenUltimate They dont make you pay extra for more features You just have access to the anything the app offers and because this one has been around for quite a long time it offers quite a bit for anyone wanting to do any sort of handwriting or note taking on their iPad                 Awesome for Palm Rejection and Writing on Screenshots

I recently rediscovered this app after long absence Although I always liked its graceful pen lines I wasnt as sold on the rest of the app until now Now most everything seems to work more smoothly than I remembered and several handy new features have been added It even transcribes my somewhat quirky script with remarkable accuracy That feature alone makes it indispensable as there are certain types of writing I prefer to do in longhand rather than type at least in early stages This app gives me best of both worlds Its lovely for sketching too It could use some more export and cloud options as well as sync but the rest is a delight                 Makes writing on an iPad a pleasure

I bought this application specifically for taking notes in work trainings and meetings It is one of the best applications I have found for note taking I have tried a multitude of applications before I found Notes Plus My favorite feature is the ability to record while taking notes and the ability to link that recording specifically to that note it has been amazing Notes Plus has enhanced my note taking abilities because sometime I am not be able to keep up with the presenter and if I forgot a certain thing they said I just have to rewind and listen and then add notes I missed I used to do this when I was in college I would record the lecture on my phone and then take notes on my iPad though because of lack of memory and the recordings just floating in my phone not assigned to anything I would always end up delete the recordings However I did not find out about Notes Plus till recently and I wish I had it when I was in college I also enjoy the wide range of colors offered to write with in Notes Plus it has the best selection I have ever seen available in any other notebook application              Wish I had this application when I was in college

9515 it just keeps getting better This last update has made it possible to do handwriting searches in Evernote which I could not do before And its working better than any other handwriting searchable products Ive used I still look forward to whatever the next upgrade brings Good job Previous Reviews When I first tried this APP several versions ago I was impressed but still looking for that perfect APP What I didnt know is that in just a couple updates THIS IS THE PERFECT APP The handwriting tool left a lot to be desired it has been updated to a beautiful interface that works just as well with a finger or my writing utensils like JOT Maglus Im so impressed that the ink flow works so well Then other changes were made Im now seriously considering making this my only iPAD note APP Why bother with all the others that just dont have the ease of use The tools are very intuitive and youll find yourself more concerned on what you want to write than the APP you are using to write it Finally they have a User Guide now I love User Guides Why leave customers to try and figure things out on their own This developer doesnt do that A Quick Start Guide User Guide are built into the APP I look forward to even more updates in the future One just came out that made me even love the APP more Good job I wish more developers could get it right                 Keep coming back

I was using one note and notability before this Then I found this This is a great app But I wish there was a way to add a text box That is all Just a text box When you add that this app definitely earns five stars              The best app But

The change for this version is amazing I was requesting this for a bit The idea is that now your handwriting is converted to text in the background for searching purposes This gives you the ability to search for any word typed or written                 Changes are amazing

I love using notes plus for my bible studies or classes where the instructor hands out worksheets I either ask for the pdf or scan them myself and write directly on the file in notes plus using the handwriting recognition to make tidy searchable paperless notes                 Paperless class notes

Update June 2015 I found out the app randomly deletes pages from annotated PDFs files Since thats what Im using it for my rating goes from 5 to 1 Notes Plus is a great app Ive tried many other note taking apps I find myself opening this one So far I have been using it for annotating pdf files only It is snappy easy to use and above all the zoom window behaves how I would want it and it has the right controls The developers are super responsive Ive never had an issue in this department with any app and it is a pleasure to communicate with them There are a few areas readily available for improvements 1 ability to set custom colors the presets do not work for me either too bright or too dark 2 ability to set pen thickness at less than 1 at least 04 and 07 3 the zoom window as great as it is has too massive frame and it is not possible to slide it all the way down to the bottom leaving precious screen space unusable 4 the file organization is somewhat clumsy I can see how this is not so easy to design on iPad Some apps use tags that works best in my opinion This is a superbly useful app built by people who care about it Thank you very much guys     The best writingediting zoom window of all of the apps Ive tried

Yes it costs 10 and is worth every penny Thisis clearly th app that lets you really the notes as if you were writing on paper Palm touch management is divine Viet Tran has with version 43 truly refined what started as a good app to the unquestionable bestinclass I deleted Notability Penultimateand every otherpretender note app immediately Truly the best 10 Ive spent in years Cant wait to see whats next                 Delete the rest this is the best

I have bought most of the notetaking apps for the iPad so I could see which one I liked the best Notesplus by far has the most fluid handwriting and it has a ton of features They have a great forum section on their website where you can find helpful hints because there are so many features in this app I use this app for college and it is the best one I have found so far Ive played around with onenote on the surface and it doesnt even come close to this app This is a must buy if you want to handwrite notes on your iPad                 Best there was best there is best there will ever be

I LOVE NotesPlus Its changed the way I collect and organize both my thoughts AND my notes I used to rely on binders and journals but they always fell short because once you write some thing down its fixed to that page But with NotesPlus its easy to copy and move text which is ideal for my creative projects Also I LOVE to import PDFs that I can make my own notes and drawings on Seriously I use this app so much that when my old iPad died about 2 weeks ago the thing I missed the most was NotesPlus I was stressedout because it had become my goto productivity tool I ended up buying a new iPad two days later and It was such a relief to be able to work in my notebooks within NotesPlus again I recommend this app to all of my friendswell actually I recommend it to anyone who will listen D If youre looking for a tool to help with organization productivity and creativity look no further NotesPlus is AWESOME                 My favorite app

These guys really get it Finally an app for real productivity I use it as my day to day note taker and does not cease to amaze me I keep finding new features that makes this app ideal for my line of work as an active duty military member on a high leadership position                 Best App in App Store

I have tried all the hand writing apps out there and this one is the best It does not leave little marks everywhere from my wrist and organization is easy Some apps get too complicated for no good reason My son is autistic and it helps him keep his school work organized and can take notes right next to pictures of his handouts                 The best handwriting app out there

I use this app to take meeting notes extensively at work I also use it for design note taking and drawings I find the ability to review previous meeting notes quickly and easily invaluable in preparation for upcoming meetings or in response to questions during a meeting When I used paper I rarely could find my old meeting notes much less make effective use of them                 Love this app

This has gotten buggy I use it for editing PDFs and it is incapable of deleting pages without major issues Every time I try to delete a page the next time I open the app I notice that random slides are missing others are duplicated and Ill have several pages in a row where my notes for one page are now on a completely different page Im a medical student and this has wasted far more time than I should have to put into compensating for your coding errors I now have stopped adding or deleting pages entirely because it has never once NOT given me an issue This is unacceptable It also jumps about five slides forward randomly for no reason Especially when Im zooming in and out     Buggy

I just got the Andonit Jot smart stylus and these two were meant to be together I carry a notebook with me for my notes at work and Im always worried about my staff seeing my notes Now I can keep them locked in my iPad AMAZING Worth every penny                 I love it with the Andonit Jot Touch

I have been using this app for 3 years now and it has never failed me I have tried about 4 other apps when I decided to go digital and choose this app The writing is smooth and natural with great features such as shape recognition split pane and close up writing My favorite feature is split pane it allows me to copy problems from text books into my current book so I dont have to rewrite the problems as well as review notes while completing assignments My wish list for the app would be a way to export entire folders as 1 PDF archive of folders for retrieval later trimming of lines and the split pane to work with kindle books Great work please keep it up                 The app for note taking

Ive been using the app for over a year The support and continued improvement additional features etc demonstrates to me that the company is committed to its customers and makes the app a worthy addition to any iPad I use the recording feature to fill in any gaps in my handwritten notes and also use a bluetooth keyboard on occasion Another great feature is the ability to move things around as you circle back to a subtopic during a meeting and need additional space The new search feature is a welcome addition and proves that they are listening to their users                 note taker
