This app really takes the cake It provides topoftheline handwriting text and annotation features But what is probably the best part of the app is its handwriting to text recognition As far as I can tell the devs do a nice job of responding to questions and improving the product If theres any areas of improvement it would be external import export file management options                 The best

I have tried a few writing apps like this Well this one far surpasses everyone The fact I can sync across all my devices is great Being able to create multiple folders is a great plus I have not had any problems with this app                 The most awesome

This is one of the best note apps on the market it is well done and very powerful user friendly smooth with precision and does just about anything a high end note taker can do and more                 Awsome

I use this to import pdf files and then write notes or highlight on them I can create files and add pictures I can draw on blank pages or on imported pictures I can put text boxes anywhere and control the font type and size as well as color The drawing mode can be wide or thin and different colors and opacities I import applications to be filled out as pdf files and then put text boxes over the blank lines and then I can change to drawing mode at the end and sign my name before sending it either to the printer or saving it as a picture and emailing or faxing it through a separate faxing app Viola A legible application If you have the information stored on your device you can copy and paste into the text boxes too                 Allpurpose note app

I have been looking for a note taking and pdf handling app that really works for a long time Finally found it I have used all the top apps in this field Went looking for a new one as the one I was using quit working right at the iOS 8 update Gad I did Easy to manage file system Hand writing to text PDFs annotations All of it is easy                 Love it

I dont write reviews often but I really like this app and I can honestly say Ive tried dozens of note and writing apps over the years NoteAnywhere has the best combination of ease of use flexibility and powerful features that Ive seen You can create almost anything you might need in a note The fact that you can add handwriting recognition makes it even more powerful LIKES very easy to add and use text pics drawing and combinations of those features Not difficult to figure out how to do things and easy to use filing system allows multiple levels of subfolders powerful formatting options including bulleted and numbered lists indentation strikethrough custom line spacing etc Page manager view can easily navigate rearrange add or delete pages can select specific pages to print when erasing drawings can erase just the part you want in Notabiity it only allows you to delete an entire annotation which can be frustrating option for handwriting recognition Universal app THINGS I WISH FOR Ability to export as RTF or docx or Pages documents right now you can only export as PDF JPG or NoteAnytime format Notability lets you export as RTF and NoteMastet lets you export as doc file Either DropBox or iCloud syncRight now you can only sync through their own Digital Filing Cabinet cloud service I dont want to spread my data around to any additional cloud serivices so this is a big deal for me Ability to manually backup all files to DropBox or iCloud rather than only one at a time Make file management system easier to manage and move documents around If it was like Notabilitys Id be using it exclusively by now Because of the lack of iCloud or Dropbox sync lack of RTF or doc export option and because of how much I like Notoablilitys filing system Im still mostly using Notability If those features are added though I will switch over to NoteAnytime completely In fact I cant wait for that day to come PS it would also make it easier to switch over if there were some easy way to migrate files over from Notabiliy                 Excellent note app even better if a couple of modifications

Update Feb 1 2014 I just have to say again that this app is amazing for so many reasons Youve made writing on an ipad feasible beautiful flexible and easy to do Other apps have features unlike NoteAnytime but consistently this is my app for 90 of the notes flashcards student handouts and study notes Thank You Also I really like the new color wheel and multi color calligraphy pen options they are a great addition Update July 3 2013 AMAZING thank you so much for adding Mazec handwriting recognition Ive used 7NotesHD off and on for a year now Adding this feature is a dream in reality D Previous versions After a few minutes and some practice using the tool this app is excellent for writing class notes Its so easy to use and the handwriting rendition is beautifulI really like the pen options Note style options the unique circular floating tool palette and the backup service does an ulexcellent ul job of syncing my docs to my devices I just figured out how to make great algebra flashcards using this app I purchased worth the price a set of the presentation templates They work great Im able to create front and back flashnote cards in successive order print out fold the paper vertically in half and I now have the best math flashcard app possible on the iPad Sweet Side note the stylus pen that is advertised is the best capacitative pen Ive used with the iPad Ive tried almost all of whats in the market place currently and this pen is a real treat to hold use                 Still really enjoyable to use

This could have been the best annotation app ever if and only if it had Dropbox or any of the other Cloud support The inability to download pdf directly from Dropbox and the inability to download an image from dropbox so it can directly be pasted on the pdf document makes this an OK app If the developers can look at Good Notes and Notability and take a few pointers from those than I really think Note Anytime could become the best app           Could have been the best But is not

This is the best note app for teachers business people and anyone needing a variety of resources I use it everyday and although it may have an occasional crash it is the most reliable and most versatile app for making annotations in pdf files I grade my students papers sign documents and recommend it to everybody They now included a doc converter that opens word documents and it is great I have two suggestions the inclusion of voice over and option to edit pdf files If that is included it would be perfect Thanks developers for this excellent app                 Best Note app ever

This app continues to be one of my most used apps It has the tools andor abilities of a whiteboard physical paper and a digital tablet interface all combined into one I explain to people that this app is what we expected from a digital tablet interface It has the best of other digital hand writing apps along with a decent drawing tools But most importantly the ability to selectresize move copy any objects is the real value that physical tools lack I use it for brainstorming idea diagramming and journaling too I highly recommend this app Other apps in this arena are very good however this one is excellent                 Fantastic

Some time around May of 2014 I was contacted by a rep from MetaMoji regarding a comment I had left shoot Im not sure where This lead to a phone call The rep asked what I used it for educationteaching what features I liked and what I thought it could use I told her I thought pen response was secondtonone the lasso tool was fabulous the rotatable wristguard rocked that it never EVER crashed file organization tagging zoom and export was smooth and cloud storage awesome resizingrotationgroupingformatting was intuitive and clean the ability to store previously drawn objects as items to be recalled and used in future notes was crazy handy but manoman I wish I could draw a perfect line or square or circle and the audio memo feature ala Notability and others was pretty cool A few months later and a new version with shapes and audio was released Wow If you take notes for any reason in ANY occupation and your notes involve diagrams there is NO BETTER APP OUT THERE And no better customer service and response And I have tried a cool dozen of them Premium apps This is as good as it gets                 The best notetaking app Ever

This is a really good handwriting app You should purchase a stylus like the Jot script or equivalent to get the most out of the experience Been using the app for about a year now and they continue to improve the user interface Its not perfect but you continue to try to improve it The options to capture handwriting or type or convert handwriting into text make the app nimble For some reason the dictation doesnt operate in this app which is a shame Writing and typing into this app does take some practice understanding what the app recognizes and how to maneuver backandforth between different functions Taking notes while youre researching can become really comprehensive with this being able to add PDFs pics links from the web I have read 30 page scholarly articles in pdf and highlighted and written on the document Again takes practice using this app you shouldnt purchase it to go sit in a business meeting or lecture the next day thinking youre going to be a champ              On the way if they keep improving

This app is cool with lots of options color pen styles However while using the zoom mode to write adding a new page seems complicated It would be much more convenient if it could be added automatically Moreover after adding a new page the magnifying zoom should stay at the beginning of the page not at the place it stayed on the previous page In addition the audio record is fine but it would be much better if it could play along with the note just like notability              Add new page a little complicated

I like the app and its a really nice note taking app easy to pick up and use but it needs some changes Could you maybe for text styles like save our favorite fonts and colors so we could just type away Its becoming a really tiring job just to go back and change it then when you accidentally click somewhere you have to restart Another problem Auto correct is my worst enemy and I hate it but on this app it never autocorrects and even if I hate autocorrect I think it would be better if this app would autocorrect the mistakes we make Once again this app is great overall just know it needs a few changes              Nice but needs some changes

Overall its a great app Helps you to take notes for your meetingschool If you are a person who likes to doodle it is just right for you If you are trying to create a masterpiece this is as good as it gets You cant really change a font or its size after writing something and if you have an older device it might be stalling Since the new upgrade its been a bit slow anyways but it still works if you just need to take some notes from time to time Different colors and thickness of a pen is not an issue You can even switch between them very efficiently add photos and resize them as needed copy and paste In other words all you need in order to make notes from whatever              cool for school

This is and has been my go to note taking and document markup application I use across three different platforms laptop tablet and phone Is I understand it research has shown that retention using written vs typed formats is higher And I have proven it to myself                 MetaMoji Note

This app is generally very nice for taking notes including the ability to set the page size However attempting to create or open password protected notes often causes it to crash on iOS8              generally good but password protection crashes

I have tried a lot of the multipurpose typing handwriting audio and video import web materials and presentation apps and I like this one the best by far Heres why 1 The handwriting recognition module an inapp purchase called Mazec is simply the most reliable and easy to use of any offered 2 The variety of writing implements offered are easy to access and the handwriting experience is excellent Because of ease of access it is easy to change implements quickly essential for note taking in a fastpaced classroom or lecture environment 3 One can use pinch and zoom or bottom zoom for handwriting Writing with pinch and zoom also has auto scrolling so you dont get stray lines on your page 3 Pages and backgrounds can be imported or created and then made into templates Thus the user has an infinite variety of page backgrounds 4 One can cut and paste pages not only between documents but also between Metamoji apps for example between Note and Share 5 The entire note background not just the page can be used for posting photos and typed materials handwriting can be created on the page and then moved pasted on the note background Thus the entire canvas page and note background can be used 6 App can accommodate very long notes over 100 pages without slowing down 7 Notes can be stored in a comprehensive filing system using folders and infinite levels of subfolders 8 Tagging system allows the same note to be stored in several folders at once Just add tags corresponding to different folders names and the note appears in all the named folders 9 The app has its own cloud system Metamoji cloud which works reliably Documents can thus be synced among devices 10 The iPhone app is as fullfeatured as the apps for iPad and one purchase covers everything I am sure that I have forgotten to mention some other crucially important features I use this app for everything I would probably need several apps in order to do all that this one can do                 To my mind the best
