Doesnt work on my 4s either Splash screen shows up then shrinks to partial window with black bars taking up most of the screen Cant click on anything        Same problem with 4s

I put the iPhone and the iPad close side by side to each other The iPhone was able to detect the gps signal immediately I left the app running on the iPad for over 2hours and could not detect the signal It keeps saying looking for GPS signal Checked the location services setting and was on Please fix thx        iPad not detecting GPS signal

I was not able to use IGO My Way GPS Navigation I have an iPad but you sold IGO My Way North America Map for iPhone to me I need the version for iPad     Incompatibility GPS

The interface starts with inputting the country then finding the state For sakes his SHOULD know what country you are in it is a GPS app Much better for the money This is a dont bother app     Not a good value

Where are quarterly map updates We are on 2011 Q3 right now At least the maps should be updated Also the program still runs very slow on iPhone 4 Graphically intense games like Real Racing 2 doesnt lag but iGo does Come on guys learn how to code The last updates got reduced resolution images to speed up iPhone 4 has a HIGHER resolution What is the point of decreasing the resolution to speed up I love this program but the iGo team is not going for their responsibilities Therefor 2 stars I gave 5 stars before but things have changed        Updates

Get rid of that really awful custom keyboard and use the iPhone keyboard Also if I have the USA version I shouldnt have a list of every country to pick from every time        Keyboard is awful

I moved igo North America to a new iPhone from an iOS 5 iPod Now I cannot even start to use it as the startup screen is constricted by large black borders Luckily I also have Navigon that works perfectly I note the same problem with my Europe app as well I hope someone at igo reads this ASAP I reported the problem to igo and received an autoresponse That was four days ago     iOS 5 problems

As the previous poster reported I have experienced driving in a circle more than once in the previous version I did send IGO an email to this fact including my observations In this version I tried it on of those circle routes and this time no problem I do find the routing has improved overall but still needs work I like the fact the IGO primo is working on routing problems and other major issues Unlike some other apps that works on bells and whistles instead on the main core problems The majority of time I use this app on my Pioneer AppRadio Based upon this version I am continuing to use IGO primo and feelings is the next version will improve again           Getting better

It doesnt work if you have anything after IOS8 or later Please fix that     Update please

Being a heavy user I must say this product is superb There is only 2 imporant problem with it what I hope that will be addressed in the upcomming release 1 There is NO way to make backup of the Favorites you store So in case you take your iphone to service or move to an other iphone device all Favorites will be lost and this is a BiG problem Soltuion would be easy Either the ability to sync Favorites with NaviExtras account just like innapp purchases OR make Favorites availble under iTunes FileSharingApss so you could saveupload them manually 2 There is NO way to set the option so everybody can choose whether want it or not to update the safety camera DB automatically instead of doing it manually in the presently hidden downloads If the ycould fix these especially Nr 1 which is a big issue I will mark applictaion as 5 star Waiting for the update           Great except 2 important problems

Ive been using this app for a few weeks now and its been lovehate relationship When I first got it I was really impressed with the graphics and navigational options But there a re a few bugs and some lacking features that should make you think twice about spending 8000 on this app Here are some of the biggest annoyances and just in case Yes Global Services I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app at least twice 1 If youre right in the middle of a very difficult intersection and you dont want to miss a turn or an exit and you receive a call thats it The application shuts down and you are lost of course this has to do with apples background application policies but still the app should be ready to work around this problem In my case after Im done with a phone call the application tries to start back again but it takes FOREVER to reinitiate It has nothing to do with GPS signal lost or anything is the app itself that fails to restart and its happened almost every single time only in some occasions it came back working perfectly 2 Driving south in 95 from NYC to DC at some point I decided to avoid some tolls and I decided to reroute What the app suggested is that I drive 30 MILES BACK NORTH so I could get onto a different road to avoid tolls Wheres the logic or smartness on that 3 App forgets your settings You are in a long stretch and you want to use the iPhone to make a call how dare you so I have to leave the app when Im done with the call I go back to the app and all my regional options are back to default The destination the route is still there thank god but settings are out the window Fix this 4 How many screens down can you go No idea but youll know it when you are trying to go back to the map of your route and you have to keep hitting the back button over and over and over Ive not seen a button that allows me to go back to my map from any screen at any given time except for the immediate one this would be just a matter of common sense when you have a map up itd be nice to go back to it right away almost from any screen not just the first one down 5 The missing features that should be a MUST Qwerty keyboard which Global Services says is coming soon Live Traffic assistance Assisted search meaning if you misspelled something it could ask you did you meansuch you know like google The smart keyboard just shuts you down is either whats there or nothing if you got an address wrong youre out of luck Dimming I forget the right term the sound of the music when a direction is being given to you while you listen to your favorite tunes The Good Locks GPS signal very quickly screen rotation is fast and clean the line assistance feature is really a cool unless the maps are dated which happened to me recently The Where Am I button is GOOD The graphics are pretty clear the night and day colors are beautiful Conclusion I believe this is a good app that is not yet fully integrated to the iPhones interface pretty close though If the missing features and the bugs get fixed I think this could be the one and only turn by turn application for iPhone in the market        Good but not good enough comprehensive review

Works fine for me But I try to download the terrain pack for 3 times Download stops in the middle and thats it no result doesnt meter how long you wait              With 061115 update app stopped swing all roads just shows green with no roads Now it is useless

Finally something that is well worth the money and very promising I used this program today along side my Motorola GPS and eventhough there were some differences in the routing I followed iGo which worked out very well I didnt even notice any lag during my 20 minute trip to a location i have never been to before I will definitely be using this program on other trips on a regular basis So it looks as if my Motorola GPS will most likely be up for sale soon at ebay Cant wait for any additional updates great job to the developers on this one UPDATE They finally do an update after I have this app well over a year now and the promised free quarterly updates never came now they want to charge for live traffic and 3D While other Nav apps work far better with more updated and free or low live traffic addons this latest update with the added purchases rates a single star if they had a negative value they would get the max in that category from me     Disappointing

Very disappointed with this app It does not work on iphone 4s It worked on my previous iphone and I thought it was one of the better nav apps The reason for the two stars has more to do with customer service response than it does with the app itself Customer service is non existent except for an auto response email When I spend 40 bucks on an app plus 38 bucks for the traffic feature I expect it to work Thats the problem with buying from a foreign country Once they get your money your on your own Take my advice stick with Garmin Magellan or one of the other US companies theyre apps are compatible and if you do have an issue you can call them        Does not work on iphone 4s

After having used Navigon for a few years I found myself in Europe and tried iGo I find the navigation information display superior to Navigon iGo is quite intuitive I even purchased the US version The downside and its a big one is the keypad as iGo does not use the native iOS keypad so it is not calibrated or have the native feel The keys feel cramped and are more error prone and the typing experience feels slow A navigation app does not need to complicate typing           Best nav except

I have purchased the app back in 2010 and I still use it as my primary navigation I tried to use many other apps because they seemed to look better on screenshots but I always returned back to iGo It has so many features of professional navigator that it should not be in the same class as those oneclickIwillhelpyou navigations Just no comparison Offline maps is a must for long distance as it will guide you to the destination and not to the edge of your network coverage With iPhone 5 it runs so smooth This navigator worth being wAy higher in the rank order Its just not fair And no I am not part of the dev team or anythig Just found the map worth more it appears in the store The devs done better job than their marketing team The screenshots are undermining the app for sure                 Google local search works again

I have repurchased the traffic option however it always tells me that there are no traffic incidents now This is wrong I live in Chicago There always traffic problems here           Traffic stopped working

Update to 27 required download of individual maps Unfortunately the app auto updates but the maps do not do you have to download each region individually inside the app Then the maps would not work and I eventually found I had to run the update licenses from inside the app to get everything working again Igo is a very good Nav but these updates need to be more streamlined I understand that some of the issues are imposed by apples 2gig limit but an auto update that leaves you stranded while travelling is not acceptable     Update issues

Just updated and now the app is dead Doesnt anyone check to see if the update works before putting it out there     Stopped working

Ive been using this app for a while now over all its a solid app It need to have a navigate home button it needs a stop navigation icon on the map screen like Garmin The other issue is after ive stopped navigating and I use it again later it seems to think its still navigating even after canceling route App keeps shrinking down in the app radio to 6 not sure why its doing this or even if its the iGO software causing it Overall ist solid but wish Garmin had app radio support as its my all time favorite Now if iGO corrected some issues and made improvement like I suggested Id move this up to the top           Not bad

So now to update the US map you have to download 6 separate regions Awful update     Ruined

This could be the best nav app around but there is something wrong Sometimes I will find a POI and it will navigate me close but not 100 correct where POI Is For instance it tells you to turn right when you need to turn left I emailed support but no response A few months later and nothing fixed Doesnt work with ios address book and many times you search for a poi and it takes you to the wrong location           Great but

To the previous poster I havent heard of any app incompatibilities with older apps on iOS 5 I dont think it is like computer OS upgrades that sometimes do break applications I upgraded to iOS 5 yesterday and the first thing I did was upgrade to iGo Primo North America I have the Verizon iPhone and it would not allow Primo on less that iOS 43 Verizon phones were 428 I only played with it for a few minutes but it appears to work fine and is better than the older iGo              iOS 5 yes

it is a beautiful app I use it with the Pioneer AppRadio mostly The GPS routing is not as good as Google Maps but then again what other mapping apps can beat Googles GPS function but it does the job most of the time Every little problem can almost be forgiven when I look at the presentation The colors and 3D are beautiful The UI is a little too complicated but I can usually find what I need oh the real time traffic is a little too expensive If GPS and routing improves it would be my best choicefor maps              very good

0stars for nonexistent support Cannot connect to server since September Cannot use paid services Maps out of dates since February Reported it four times with no reply I think this company is out of business If not they should be Do not waste your money buying it     Bad support

This version does not seem to work with Dual 150 GPS module iGo Lite works fine No help items in menu nor in Settings to see what Bluetooth interface is doing Very poor design save your money and do not buy     Not worth 2499

Update Please fix for iOS 5 and 4S no longer works Will gladly give 4 stars again when fixed Bought this app 2 years ago and if it actually loaded it was a good day I ended up getting Navigon and have been really happy with it ever since For some reason today I decided to DL iGo again and give it a shot and saying Im impressed is an understatement Wow this navigation app has come a very long way To be short it has more features than Navigon and is easier to use One thing I dont like shaving to pay for the 3D buildings view as it was part of the app 2 years ago when I originally purchased it 2nd live traffic is 3700holy moly who do they think they are kidding lifetime subscriptionmaybe but for 1 year If they change this it will be perfect I highly recommend this app as Ive tried them allNavigon Magellan Tom Tom and now iGo again you wont be sorry and at 4000 its a steal If they reduce the live traffic price or make it lifetime at the current price Id gladly give this app a 5 star ratingbut to be honest it is already     Been using Navigon for 2 yrsno longer

This app has about 99 crash rate Good navigation app overall but useless since it crash after 3 sec     Keeping crashing
