This app is just Deleted I miss nomorerack     Disappointing

Having to go all the way back to the top of the page after viewing an item makes me close the ap fix this please     Poor

I placed an order consisting of 2 items They split shipped and I still havent received the second item I contacted customer service and got no response what so ever                 Items split shipped Didnt receive the second one

Never holds your place in search Search results are never correct Completely rebranded without an update to the customer Absolute waste of space     Awful

I honestly dont care about the name as long as I continue to get great deals My problem is this horrible app After doing a search and hitting the back arrow to be brought back to the beginning of my search is very frustrating and not worth my time regardless of the deals I have deleted the app and will just browse the website which is still glitchy but better This needs to be fixed or Ill have to find somewhere else to spend my money     Terrible App

I never signed up for this app and apparently somehow it is in my tablet and I have to update it in order to delete it No thanks Do not want it     I never got this app yet Ive got an update for it

I miss some of the conveniences when it was nomorerack The One thing I dont like the most is you can go to a specific category and click on a product it doesnt even go back to the category it goes back to the home screen and then you have to go back to the category and scroll and find where you originally left off Very inconvenient and makes me not want to keep shopping bc I have to keep going through that process everytime I really liked the old no more rack set up with those minor conveniences Still like to shop for specific things on Choxi but I dont browse anymore bc of that issue           Still Pretty Good

This app is exhausting I would like to pick up where I left off after viewing an item instead of returning to the deal of the day page Im sure you have what Im looking for but its a hassle to find it Do better     Fail

Changed name awful colors that hurt my eyes Why The search function is messed up and why cant I share what I DO find appealing They have the social media icons but those dont work but what happened to being able to send a link via message to someone Come on     Ugh really

Despite the sudden rebranding thats the least of the issues If you were going to make such a drastic change the least that could be done is make sure you were putting out an efficient and userfriendly app that no one would even have a complaint about But instead with the change a low quality app was presented with crashing slow loading a less efficient interface and a back button that routes back to the home page instead of what you were previously looking at Of course that makes the change even less desirable and for very unhappy customers Fix the issues that shouldnt have been a problem in the first place 070415 The update makes this slightly better to use When on the homepage itll bring you back to where you left off when after youve clicked on a deal But seriously listen to what people are saying If Im in a certain category of deals like electronics and I click on something and want to go backtake me back to electronics This has to be the most poorly executed app Ive ever seen Take the constructive criticism and fix the issues Im still holding on to see improvements that are on par with what NMR used to be but its taking entirely too long to fix things that should have been a nonissue to begin with        Stupid Glitches

Downhill since leaving nomorerack I get email discount codes that I cant use because there is some other code automatically loaded on the app and there is no way to remove a discount code App does not go to checkout without crashing I had a much easier time using nomorerack     Ok app

I actually hate this new appI had been shopping at NoMoreRack for 3 years before thisChoxi BS came along I only ever had ONE problem with NoMoreRack OOONE Every other purchase was EXACTLY what I wanted and was delivered and to my house within a week or two What made NoMoreRack acceptable also was that it was AFFORDABLE this new Choxi is expensive and honesty I wouldnt purchase one thing from this place     RIP NMR

Changing from NMR to Choxi cool no prob But if youre gonna undergo a major refacing fix the bugs Stop making me go back to the top when im like 200 products in Pages would be convenient instead of the continuously refreshing list And it wouldnt hurt to add customer reviews This app and company means well but it needs A LOT of changes Make the UI as great as the deals and itll be something great        Great deals too many glitches

First off the app does not even open for me I tap on the app and it takes me to a black screen then to my homepage I try several times but it does not even try to load anything The app is terrible and they need to fix the bugs so that this doesnt happen     Choxi Crashes

I made this happen and Im sorry if you dont like it But NoMoreRack sends me a fake product and then they ignore my customer service email and simply change their name to cover their tracks They didnt tell anyone about this because theyre criminals They dont want anyone to know about who they really are If you want real genuine products youre better off shopping retail Sadly nothing here is genuine Even with their new name I would still stay away from them and tell my friends about their tracks so they can avoid them Choxi What a lame excuse to hide your tracks Youre never going to have another customer again CRIMINALS     I caused this to happen

I used to love no more rack but now that its Choxi I HATE it Used to when I ordered I got my product and if I had problems they fixed it and gave me a store credit for the inconvenience Now I placed an order never got it nor did I get an email saying any reason why it was taking so long or any explanation I contact them and a few days later they said the company could NOT fill my order Why was I not notified earlier I got a automated message and when I ask questions like if they cant fill my order then why is it STILL available to purchase on the website I get another automated email stating the same exact thing as the previous email with NO answers to my questions Then I just get ignored Do NOT buy from them They will keep your money in hopes you just forget about your order     Horrible company

Im not a fan of mobile websites to begin with but to make an app that is basically a bad supported web browser is stupid The search is awful it only works with a single word Multiple words brings no results In a search looking at a product and then going back takes you home so you have to search again The pages load slow Its a very bad app for a site that has a lot of good offers Sad that Im not spending money because I cant find what I want with the bad app     Crap App

Why is it so hard to search on this app It says no products found when I type iPhone 5c but when I just type iPhone in everything pops up Samsung case and all NMR wasnt perfect but this app is just down right unuseful     Wow what a sucky app

I am NOT happy about having to download an app that I didnt want I am even less happy about the fact that NoMoreRack was replaced by Choxi with absolutely no notice to the customers I will NOT be shopping on Choxi Im deleting the app Give us NoMoreRack back     Give us NoMoreRack back

Loved all the jewelry I have ordered but hate the format When I open jewelry I am interested in and want to go back to where I left off your format takes me back to the home page and then have to start all over again Please change format like they have on the Groupon app     Hate the format

This used to be my go to app for basically anything Now its just a rebranded site that has higher prices and the same product over and over again plus all the glitches This app has no more perks to it so i say farewell old friend     So sad

I have always really liked NoMoreRack and I dont really mind the change My only problem is the app is really glitchy It is slow and when you hit the back button it takes you all the way back to the home page It also has a tendency to freeze I know a lot of other people have a problem with the change to Choxi but I dont really care so long as the service stays the same Ive never once had a bad experience with NoMoreRack So please keep it that way           Please fix as soon as possible

I still have the same problems with this app that I had with no more rack and more Cant search for anything specific I have to type iPhone to look for anything for an iPhone 6 When I search iPhone 6 it says nothing found And when I do a search and pick an item to see details when I go back my search is gone This could be an awesome app if these things were fixed     Searching

Ive bought a lot from NMR in the past and would like to continue doing so but this app makes it very difficult Its very glitchy and when you search an item and hit the back arrow it sends you all the way back to the home page Then youre forced to research and go through hundreds of items youve already looked at just to get back to where you left off NMR was a glitchy app but Choxi is so much worse Choxi youre going to lose a lot of business if this problem isnt fixed I havent bought anything from this company since the branding change There are so many bad reviews and it seems Choxi is doing nothing to fix the problems Apparently they dont care if they lose business Very sad that NMR is gone and without even giving notice Im sticking with groupon from now on     Really bad app

This app is horrible It frustrates the heck out me because there are no filters in the search engine and whenever you hit the back button after viewing an item it takes you back to the home page and you have to scroll through a ton of items the try and find where you left off Waste of time I end up going to a different company to complete my shopping because I cant stand it Its a shame because the prices are great but no one likes to spend an hour looking through items that they are not interested in just to find the one they are looking for I wont shop on this app until it is fixed You NEED search filters Most people shop on their phones now and rarely use their computers anymore I hope you get this fixed soon before you lose all your customer     Horrible app

Ive used Choxi formerly NoMoreRack for years The deals are always greateven though they lost a package of mine and sometimes the shipping takes a great minute One thing that should def be looked into is the design of this app If I leave a particular search to view a product it takes me back to the top of the home screen both inconvenient You cant escape this from the online version either Same thing happens So you lose your place often I generally have to open in new tab as if not to lose my place With the app though there really isnt an option for that        Great deals poor design

Ill give it three stars just bc I love the prices but why when you click to view an item then click the back button it brings you to the top of the home page Not cool Ive lost my place so many times This needs to be fixed           Eeehhh

Sadly I must agree with every other 1 star review here and thats all this version is getting from each and every reviewer which says a lot I was shocked to just get an email notifying me of the changes to NMR AFTER the fact What company does a total rebranding like that How about doing customer studies to ask us whether we who buy from you even want a brand overhaul Why wouldnt you consult with us NMR was a wonderful service had a great online siteapp UI and nice overall branding Its great to make some updates and changes to keep a brand polished an current but youve turned NMR into an entirely new animal Choxi Wth does that name mean or represent That bright orange and white coloring is atrocious and painful to stare at when shopping for long periods of time The UI on the site and app are horribly nonuser friendly and bugladen I can keep going here but I wont its just so bad that itd be impossible to list all of the issues here with this rebranding and your horrible customer relations All I know is that you guys are going to lose your entire happy customer base of you dont revert to NMR immediately we dont want to go but youre not making it easy for us to stay by turning a wellloved brand into something awful without any forewarning or consultation with your customers Whoever advised this surprise Choxi change made a BAD move     Wth is Choxi RIP NMR

I thought my phone had been hacked when I noticed an app that I hadnt downloaded only to be informed by my friend that NMR is now Choxi I wont install again Thats not a way to handle your customers with the old switcheroo of names     Deleted

Why is it when you hit back after viewing an item it starts you over at the top The site never fully loads then you look at an item and once done it starts you over at the top of the previous page So annoying Fix your app people I cant stand it Used to make purchases a couple times a month Now I dont even look at it bc its a waste of time You never get to see the items 12 way down much less the bottom of the page Ugh     If its not broke dont fix it

Took my nomorerack away and left me with this that I cant even open however after reading the other comments probably better off Give me my nomorerack back please     Cant even open app

Shop from a computer for a better experience This app will frustrate you and you probably will end up not buying anything at all Search feature doesnt work well Returns no results most times When you click to view an item and then click the back button it takes you back to the top of main page even if you opened a search and had already scrolled through hundreds of items        Great site HORRIBLE app

I bought several items on NMRs app but since I hate this new appsrebranding UI I will be deleting my account and finding something else I used NMR for 2 years and loved it But this app fails miserably in every way Guess Ill be going back to groupon     Bring back NMR

I have to agree with all the one star ratings from everyone This was not just a rebranding nightmare but it was a major epic fail on the reengineering of the app 1 UI is not at all userfriendly 2 Search engine is not functional 3 Why in the heck would you program this app to take you back to the home screen every time the back button is clicked This makes for a very frustrating shopping experience and THE biggest reason I havent made a purchase 4 This wasnt an option with NMR but it is a feature that a lot of online stores offer and that is a WISH LIST 5 I contacted support TWICE with the above complaints but their nonchalant attitude was very disappointing It seems as if they are completely ignoring their customers I am curious as to how their sales have been since the change Very very disappointed     Worst App Customer Support

I enjoyed NoMoreRack and was a frequent shopper Since the change to Choxi Ive had too many problems with the app to make it worth the trouble of purchasing anything Fine tune the app please Pages dont load and when you open a product page and then go back to the browsing page it scrolls back to the top not where you left off So annoying Also so many duplicates listed also annoying You guys keep sending me 1015 off my next purchase but Im just not feeling it Fix it or lose customers        Ugh

Terrible format You view an item and the BACK arrow takes you all the way back to top of first pageafter you scrolled through 500 itemsand not even under the category you were scrolling under Very frustrating And what is with the name        NoMore choxi

I purchased from NMR atleast once a month for the past 3 yrs I hate this new app the prices seem higher and the interface is not attractive to look at Its hard to search for specific items Looks like Ill be deleting this app Hopefully another company picks up from where nmr left off and offers greater deals than this choxi mess     Disappointed

This was such a great app when it was nomorerack The navigation is horrible if I click on a item then click buy then continue shopping or the back button it takes me back to the days event vise where I was Then I have to scroll through pages of items to get back to where I was Plus it took me forever to add two items to my cart And it is now empty FIX THE APP I Quit using this and buying from here because the app is horrible This isnt how you keep buyers     App stinks

After my frustration level reached its peak I had to write a review And just as others have commented on failed delivery of goods and poor customer service I am doing the same Order placed and payment made to Choxi but no communication from them or updates as to where my order is or when it may arrive I do not recommend this company     Bad business

I respect to all the 1 stars here It was so sad that I received an email told me that there is no more NMR and change to Choxi Okay but can you make it better than NMR The fact is not Its like a demo apps to me hard to use Click on tabs and nothing response I am going to delete this and never install it again unless you guys fix it and make some changes better than our old NMR Bye     Give NMR back to us

I like to shop with you guys as this is the only place I can find suits for my husband for a reasonable price However I HATE navigating this app Every time I do a search for mens suits I get like two results but if I just search suits I get more but also I get a TON OF WOMENS BATHING SUITS and other non related items Plus every time I look at an item and then go back my search results are all jumbled and I have to start over at the top and try to remember what Ive already looked at Your app is a pain and I only use it when absolutely necessary Do something about this search business and Ill raise my rating But for now I cant even give it the rating I want to zero stars     Please fix
