All this app needs to do is find listings show pictures and allow you to share it It breaks all the time It can t find listings even though there are tons or freezes Worst part is that when you share a listing the share link takes you to a weird desktop view instead of opening in the app     So many bugs Erinisabel22

Really hard to search multiple properties Can t search a building by name or street address which results in doing a search on the town There s a bug when switching from rental to sale where it won t let you click search The search criteria button style choosing of beds price range is outdated scroll wheel style The app constantly logs you out and you have to sign in again My listings doesn t work shows all realtor listings in MLS         Great when it works a lot of flaws The Jew From 34th

Working with the pictures within a listing is a terrible pain because you can t zoom in or out and then easily move to the next picture The search function doesn t let you draw a circle around an area and if you are interested in multiple towns close together you can only put a few together into one saved search Some towns don t even show in the lookup for a saved search You can t see a satellite view within the app to see backyard land etc you have to copy the address and paste into Google Maps The listings lack basic info like acreage of the property square footage and 1 or 2 car garage     Limited functionality and missing basic essential info PebbleChamp

I enjoy using the desktop version more The app is used as a quick reference rather than give details I would like to see the lot size incorporated within the details that will be a helpful feature I really enjoy the feature of the desktop where you can see not only homes in the area around the house that on sale but also the homes in the area that are pending It would be helpful to see that feature in the app as well All in all it does the job of showing the house some details and contacts             Very Minimal kimmj

As a Realtor I very badly need the app to have more of the features available on the desktop NJMLS site More often than not I sign into the website on my phone rather than use the app because the app has so few features and carries so much less info The best feature of the app and the only reason I would use it instead of the website is the proximity search map feature it s easy to quickly find nearby listings for a spur of the moment viewing when I am out with a client But again I d love to have more information about that listing than what the app provides When I click My Listings in the main menu hundreds of thousands of listings solds actives UCs etc appear and they re not mine nor my brokerages which makes no sense I do like the ability to star Favorites Overall the agent version of the app is good for a brief overview of listings             Needs more features for Agents carcharodonD

It doesn t ever show me anything on the map If I try using search it doesn t come up with anything When it does provide listings it doesn t give all of them This app needs some serious reworking For now I ll stick with Trulia     Never Works SoliGal
