It claims to allow offline searches and routing I downloaded this app and tried it Ever time I try to do anything with it it brings me to a page where I need to pay 4 99 to do anything with it Further investigation proves that only a small part of manhattan and a small part of New Jersey is represented on the map So it s not even a full map of ny state     A scam heywhowhat
