I understand security but this app logs you out while you are shopping There are a few search engine and page clutches but I am able to order and view quicker Hope it get better and using it anyway           Decent

I would like to make a payment on my account and Im not even allowed to log in I keep deleting and re downloading and still        Keeps Crashing

This app is slow and has so much bugs On iPhone 6     Please fix

I gave it a full 90days but this app is way too behind the times for a store like NYCo MAJOR OVERHAULS NEEDED Slow operations Digital Card only shows up when it wants to which is like NEVER No Touch ID SignIn for Credit Holders The location services run all the time instead of only when using the app and they dont give you the option to change that unless you cut it off completely App Crashes while shopping And quite frankly it just looks OLD THIS APP NEEDS A REVIVAL QUICK     Behind The Times

This app is horrible It doesnt save your login that is app 101 I had to login in 3 times in the same session and it lost my cart each time Its so difficult to navigate Its juvenile I expect more I do 90 of my shopping from my mobile device this makes it nearly impossible to shop on     Had to delete it

I discovered this app while trying to shop online on my cell phone I have a love hate relationship with this app I love it because it makes shopping so fast easy and super convenient I hate it because it makes shopping way too convenient ultimately causing me to shop way too much              In love

Well this app is so bad that I almost gave up on making a purchase I had to readd items to my shopping cart thousand times just to find out all items are gone and I had to read them again Its a shame since I really like shopping at NYCcompany     Bad app

After 4 attempts to make a BIG clothes buy I Have to replace my whole wardrobe because I lost a lot of weight I gave up I added a bunch of pants and then went to dresses and it took the pants out of the cart Went to shirts and it took the dresses out I finally was just going to buy the pants and gave up after it emptied those from my cart 3 times too Im so annoyed I dont even want to shop in the brick and mortar store     Crashed and emptied my cart 4 times

My favorite store now just a click away                 Love it

When I am browsing through a list of items and then open one to look at it I cannot go back to the list where I left off It makes me start all over again        Poor navigating

I used this app to purchase 5 items a few days ago and it worked like a charm It even allows you to log into your account and view your balance or pay your bill if you have a NYCo credit card So far its pretty great                 Im impressed

This app is really quite bad There are so many glitches that I have to delete the app and reinstall in order to get it to work properly and there are no guarantees 1 You have to scroll through pages of clothing and if you view an item and hit the back button it does not take you back to where you last left off it instead takes you back to the very top of the list To start all over again 2 It does not save your log in info so you have to re login constantly Its the worst after you have shopped and put things in your cart as the items disappear and you have to find them if you can remember all of them and add them back in very annoying so much so that Ive just given up and said forget it 3 There are many glitches to the app that make it not a smooth process to shop Very disappointing     Not very good

NYCo is one of my favorite retailers I wear business casual almost every day and the clothes keep up well This app is convenient for me since I now live in a town without NYCo but its maneuverability leaves something to be desired I do like when they are having a sale they leave the promo code on a banner up at the top while youre shopping           Its fine

I LOVE this store Its the only place I can find good jeans that fit well and I love all their awesome styles I was so excited to see that there was an app and also a little worried I thought I would definitely go a little too crazy However when I actually downloaded it I was horribly disappointed Its extremely disfunctional and theres so many glitches its disgusting I guess they dont want to sell more merchandise     Awful

This app is so difficult to shop on You lose all the search criteria and my shopping bag doesnt show the right items Coupon code doesnt stay if you want to continue shopping I need to keep logging in every 15 mins because it logs you off while in midst of shopping Needs a major upgrade on this app     Keeps logging off

When you scroll through pages upon pages of clothes then look a shirt or whatever when you click Back to get back to the clothes it takes you to page one If you dont remember your spot you have to look at most shirts again You also lose any preferences you had such as size Also if you have anything in your cart dont lock your phone or it will delete it Take a screen snap of everything you put in your cart You at least have the ability to search for that item by name later to readd Terrible        NOT a good app

I love NY Co and am very disappointed in this app I spent over 15 hours trying to make purchases and found that if I looked at items I timed out and the app crashed on me frequently After more than half a dozen times of rebuilding my shopping cart I finally had to switch to the web With small children at home I enjoy the ease of appbased shopping from my phone but wont try this again for a while The 2 hours to make this purchase would have allowed me to go to the mall and try things on     Disappointed

This has got to be the worst shopping app ever Where do I start Well first it freezes so often you have to start and stop If u click on an item you cant go back to where you left off I have had to delete and reinstall this app so many times until I am no longer going to use it And although this has nothing to do with this app even the desktop site is horrible It does the exact same thing Not only that when u scroll down it turns the pictures of the models so u r looking and the back of the clothing     Useless

Love that I dont have to pull my card out but just open the App Now I dont have to worry about losing my card Also can check my NYDEALS anytime easily
