Decided to download this app after reviewing every single ipad app for NY news For some mysterious reason 95 of news apps had no ratings 2 had ratings but were all bad 1 had reviews but the overall app rating was not averaged out with the comments 1 had 5 stars but no comments Other 1 is for any apps that I missed But I def reviewed over 40 apps After all that I returned to this one since I had no choice but to go with the ratings and review comments I also wonder is this bad info is b c I am located in Cali Not sure doubt it but who knows other then the app cheaters         What happen with all other apps HawaiiLove39
