New York City Bike

Update on a review I wrote from before The review I wrote below this is when I was viewing the app when I was on the metro north heading into CT I had cell reception but none of the bike stations were showing up when I zoomed into the map in NYC Perhaps this is a bug when you view the app outside the intended area So I assumed nothing was there yet I later checked when I returned to manhattan and now my map is filled with soon icons Thats definitely better and also gives me an idea of where these bike stations are going to be Cant wait for the updates for this app when all the bikes get to the city Changed my 1star rating to a 3star rating Will update to more stars hopefully soon Old review When I downloaded the app I didnt see any stations Looks like they havent filled the app with data yet I am so excited about the bike share system though Im sure this app will get better over time Its still very new There arent even bikes at the new stations yet I was just hoping to see where all the stations were and future planned stations would be on the map within this application           No data when I look at the app outside of NYC

Better than the official app but they use Apple Maps and theres no subway stops              Needs metro stations

What a lovely gift from some nice folks in Belgium To the reviewer complaining it had no dataCitibike hasnt launched yet Yikes what i can see is that the interface is simple and the data is clearly labeled It looks great If I were to nitpick on the next version make the Ts lowercase on numbered streets For example 14th looks better than 14Th to this New Yorkers eyes Thanks again                 Exciting Thank you

Was trying the other app for biking in NYC and this one is the easiest one and user friendly Suggest this app for everyone                 Great app for NYC citibike better than the others

Used to like it but realized that it almost never accurately reflects the number of bikes in each station The other day it was showing 12 but in reality there were none Also doesnt show when bikes are in repair mode     Not very good

App looks great Just one thing Where are the real bikes When is the roll out I see the racks all over but not a single bike And why not have membership financial transactions over the app              When do the bikes come

The developers really aced this one This app has all the features of the official app AND it works fast I had to drop the official app because it was too laggy There are quite a few Citi Bike apps to choose from but this and the official app are the only ones that offer search function favourite list and directions from your current location to your chosen station Great looking interface good features and zippy performance make this the best of the lot IMO A couple of things that would make it even better 1 if you could favourite a station directly from the map view instead of having to scroll through the list and 2 darken the font colour of available docksbikes while in the list view as that info is currently hard to see in bright daylight Otherwise great job              Best Citi Bike app so far
