This app never works as advertised Crashes can t load account details consistently even customer service numbers in the app are met with dead air or error messages It s 2016 figure it out already fire your Dev Team and get a new one if needed but whomever built this app needs to go back to school     Worst banking app ever BoXXer32

Compared to other banking apps this one is clumsy It s slow loading the interface is awkward it crashes frequently somewhere along the way I lost the ability to deposit checks from my phone Not so savvy if you ask me         Pretty bad Veltstet

I loved the previous edition The new app does not work on my 4S In particular the I can t set a date on the bill pay This renders the bill pay portion completely useless I would give 0 stars if I could     Doesn t work with my 4S gratefuljohns

The new App may have bill pay but is a huge step down from the previous version Not only is the interface sluggish and cumbersome But the lack of a check deposit feature has guaranteed that I will no longer be using NMBT as my bank It s a pity that they had to screw up a good thing     Huge Downgrade Stevejp777

Great improvement from the old App Love that I can make a deposit from my iPad Just remember that you need to enable the mobile deposit feature from your computer before you can utilize the function on your device                     Great Improvement S$R$M
