I cant believe this app is only rated at 25 stars overall The only thing I can think of is that a lot of nonmedical users are installing this app and find it difficult to use I am a first year medical resident and this is a fantastic app for medical professionals I cant believe it is free because I would have easily paid 20 for it I dont write reviews often but I really needed to clear up the negative reviews on here about this app Definitely download it it is well worth it Great app
