Wish I could take away stars The cards are great and convenient however I cannot access card sets I previously purchased or purchase new ones I have tried to contact the publisher and apple Apple support keeps telling me to check and see if the app is replenish able They do not read the entire complaint or answer my question There is no longer a way to select the cards to download or purchase The publisher has passed the question on to the IT department I have not heard any updates on the status Do not purchase these cards until Apple and Cohen work out the bugs     Don t waste your money Ender_f

I recently purchased almost the entire apps in my iPhone 4S I just got my new iPhone 5 but I am not able to download those purchased apps I emailed Apple and I was told to contact the publisher Collen I have not heard back from them Please fix that soon I had paid a huge amount of money on those apps     PLEASE FIX IT SOON baidyan

You expect us to pay hundreds of dollars for the card version of this tool and then on top of that spend hundreds more No discounted rate for those that have already purchased the card version In addition the price of these sets is ridiculous     Rip off Arkansas doc

Good app but could be great Questions and answers are very well written with extensive reviews for most cards Great review app I m taking two stars off though first because the price for all cards significantly exceeds the paper version and second because there is no iPad version             Good neurosurgery app Needs iPad version viroid13

If you are a resident would certainly recommend all the prior download problems have been fixed because it downloaded seamlessly and its been great for using on rounds Very simple to quickly browse neuro topics as well Images are superb                     Totally Worth It BrainPower001

I reviewed these questions after I took the neurology board and there is very little in this app to help There are many board favorite questions none of them were actually in the board Maybe they are talking about The Neurosurgery board At any rate this is more entertaining than educative I would NOT count on this app to even remotely study for the ABPN There are various books and courses out there with a much more realistic similarity to the Neuro board I would not spend money on this one     Not sure what board they are talking about 2julisa

This could be potentially a useful application but it is very disappointing that after paying a significant amount of money the files do not download and the program crashes Unless they fix that problem they should not even offer an application that does not work     The files do not download nestorgh
