I don t like that it doesn t have categories so u can t choose what area to test on u really do not know what type of questions ur practicing Rationals are weak But it s the fact that i do not even know what areas I m improving on that makes me dislike this the most Why use NCSBN as the title of this aplication if it s nothing like it I really think this is just a scam Ofcourse they are just making money of u because if u are like me just trying to practice as much NCLEX q as u can well ofcourse u will spend 10 00 when u have spend more before save ur 10 00 for gas or whatever SauderS application and mosbys is way better and worth every dollar I give u 1 star for taking the time to just download questions     Waste of money when I m so broke SD nurse

Great qs Especially prioritization delegation precautions which are huge on the new nclex Suggestions would be to state correct answer above rationale not just the letter Also break down study qs into subcategories Recommended for the great qs                 Pretty damn good alideez

The app has some really great test questions however I didn t feel as though some of the answers matched the question It could use some editing It also states that it has 780 questions but there are quite a few repeats It had a way of keeping track which questions you want to come back to in study mode which was nice but It really annoyed me that it doesn t give an option to stop and save so you lose that information when going to a different app Overall I think I would have rather paid the additional money for a different program             Convenient but needs a lot of improvement complicated_male

This is one of my favorite NCLEX apps It asks a lot of questions related to prioritizing and delegation which I haven t found in other apps Also when you are comfortable with a question you can mark it as reviewed and understood so it doesn t keep showing up on practice tests like other apps I have It also gives nice rationales for the right and wrong answers I highly recommend this app because I ve heard from classmates that have already taken the NCLEX 2010 that there is a lot of prioritizing and delegation questions on it Best bonus it is only 9 99 I held my breathe when I bought it because I thought for that low of price it was going to be cheesy but it is WELL worth the                     NCLEX EXAM PREP by Upward Mobility Chenary
