I have had lots of trouble with the Naim product and app since I got it three weeks ago Currently the thing is completely shut down with no easy solution Needs a makeover Now     Terrible Ramarkram

Since the last update I can t get the app to connect to my Mu su it just hangs up on searching for rooms The Mu su is connected to my local network and is accessible from other devices The app desperately needs a make over or complete rewrite At best it is clunky and unattractive at worst as of now completely dysfunctional Naim you can do better than this     Naim s software is a nightmare byrdmanic

Having recently been a guest in a house with Sonos I can say that while Naim has a great speaker the interface is a problem I constantly find problems accessing Spotify The process of adding radio stations was problematic I couldn t get the system up and running on my 5G WiFi I m not an engineer but I shouldn t have to be one to use this system Having said all that I am happy enough with the quality of the sound especially through Tidal to suffer through the awkwardness of the interface But I would more likely recommend Sonos to someone looking for a problem free experience         Great speaker poor interface Mycroft314

As noted by other recent customers the Naim app used to access their streaming products is poorly designed and written I repeatedly have issues with the app finding my room on my Unitiqute2 I ve had to delete the Naim app and reisntall on my iPhone 6 running the most recent versions of iOS and the app maintains no consistency no matter how many times I shut down the system iPhone network and reinstall the app The worst thing is that the app if it were workking is so much beter than trying to use the remote that came with the unit as you cannot see your library or control the unit nearly as well So without an app that is an interface to the Naim streaming product the product is crap I ve given up and will be selling off the Naim product as they appear to be clueless as a company To the other reviewers comments I too have found no assistance from Naim customer support which is an oxymoron They are unresponsive Aurender has a better product that has this figured out Perhaps these old line audio companiues cannot truly manage in the digital age despite the effort to put out a line of streamers as without an interface its not worth it     Naim cannot build an app JeffNYC59

This poorly written app is an exercise in frustration It continually tells me that it cannot find my Naim Uniti works once then won t work again until I re boot the Uniti iPod touch wireless router or all three Version 3 moved to such small fonts that I can hardly read the screen Naim s customer service is totally unresponsive on n Stream issues Naim has been a storied brand in British hi fi for decades but n Stream which should be a great tool is one lousy advertisement for this fine company Naim management is asleep at the wheel allowing their software developers to release such junk     Utterly inadequate AndrewChor

Totally useless app it does not find the actual unit ever Despite rebooting both the unit and restarting my phone It s still has yet to detect the unit I am currently playing spot of fire from my phone to the unit however the app still cannot find the unit What is the point in that you can t even set your alarm you can t play any music through app In the past year it was okay meaning you could reset your phone and or the app and it would work again Now none of the above it refuses to work at all Their customer service is quite horrid if you live in the US Perhaps in the UK you can call them and get someone to help I would steer clear away from this device It is not NOT WORTH the high price tag given the spotty and now unaccceptable performace Especially of the 3rd grade App     Useless MatVnyc

The Naim Muso is an exceptional music player Warm rich luxurious sound It adds breadth and depth to any room the equal of any single component music system out there I keep coming back to it as my go to player Peripherals however are a different universe You pay top dollar for this system No change out of 1500 At that price you should expect tops Soundwise you get it Software and peripherals not so much Out of the box it comes with a remote small buttons non responsive key pressing key bounce and button logic worthy of a chinese furniture manual Cheap plasticky It seems disconnected from the player Who designed the iPhone app It is an improvement on the previous version works ok but a guaranteed battery killer Would give the player five stars Subtract one poorly designed plasticky remote Subtract one power killer app Subtract one no anymote support         Phenomenonal player at top dollar Low end remote and power sucky iphone app Tony Stilson

Naim is a pricey piece of equipment I was chagrined to realize that it can t display album art on my tv like my 120 media player when streaming from my NAS so the app was nice for that reason Plus it controls all my function on the NDX Setup was a breeze and instantly recognized my server The only thing I d like to see is the ability to use AirPlay for album art                     Worked great for me Motoman4540

While the app was notoriously frustrating with bugs and issues while also not being very intuitive to use early on and lacking key features a few KEY updates have corrected most issues in my experience I don t have any problems except the quite rare crash where it closes down Still could be refined but highly recommended now I wish playlists were easier to manage and track On a few occasions over 2 years i lost ALL my compilations VERY frustrating Still not as good as n Serve overall                 Much Improved Spiceman40

My audio system with a uniti at the center sounds great but playing with naim s n stream app is pure frustration Naim s aim to offer more products that enable streaming and digital music is respectable but it shows once more that you better work with professionals to write software The list of bugs is endless and even basics such as proper loading of album covers or digital station icons is not working Regular system crashes ipad adjustment of volume search engine iRadio lost server connections etc really make this app useless     Plenty of bugs N stream

The wonderful thing abut the app is that you can sit back and control the music without having to squint at the tiny screen on the Naim in my case SuperUniti It also allows for easy switching between sources and makes things like accessing Internet radio stations much easier I find I tend to turn on my music or access Internet Radio much more than I used to because I can whip out my iPhone or pick up the iPad and do it from any room So I m listening to music a lot more than I did On the negative side the volume control could be a little larger particularly on the iPad where there s plenty of space It seems to disconnect from the network to easily and the user interface could be better If you go to Artists you then get a listing of all of that artist s songs rather than a list of albums with an option for all songs Refreshing the names of a UPnP server takes too long I can t see album covers over UPnP either Also if you have put the phone aside and suddenly need to do something like killing the volume to answer a phone call you can t do it Still it does make my music MUCH more accessible and I m grateful for that                 Good but not perfect Vikas M Gore
