Having this app is awesome however the GUI is buggy and not as robust as it could be Thanks for making the app Some mfg dont care enough to make this available to its users Helpful GUI needs work
Very few items seem to work on this app that would be at home 7 or 8 years ago Three components force you to log in and you cannot save your credentials A few others link to external content and one is broken and the Find My Car component Yeah that one thinks I am at an island off of Africas west coast hint Im not Even the Vehicle HowTo doesnt have any info for my new car How does this app get through any of Mazdas QA Its just a horrible app Poorly Developed
First it was cumbersome Requires too much data entry Second the Find My Car feature never worked Now and lastly the app decided to erase my profile and automobile data You should be paid to download this app Oh the support link in the app store gives you the following error too This page contains the following errors error on line 16 at column 6 XML declaration allowed only at the start of the document Below is a rendering of the page up to the first error Stay away
Painfully I got through most of the registration but it wont accept the 2016 VIN and cannot choose 2016 from the list Some fields I couldnt enter anything at all The keyboard didnt display Cant enter my 2016

To Mazda corp Any app whose UI obscures fields you need to enter requires you to redo a 3 page form 3 times to register and doesnt even take advantage of the entered info to autofill automatically gets one star What a fail Should be an embarassment
I have been trying to log into this app for weeks now I keep getting a message that an error occurred on the provider side or that it could not connect to the server Please fix the bugs in this app Errors and more Errors

So far I cant get the camera to take a picture of my new car Camera isnt working
Set it up fine until one day I go to login and it says my PW is wrong Use the forgot password tool put in my email receive my PW by email Its the same PW I used and it wont accept it Try to go onto the website from my phone to reset the PW and it directs me to a website with a link to download the app Haa Cant log on
I know my info is saved somewhere but I cant get to it I have to rescan my VIN with each use Nothing works
The maintenance schedule is handy along with finding service coupons Worked for me since 2010
Poorly written app Very clunky Almost impossible to register Had to use two devices to get through it Think it is a great idea but needs a TON of work Hope they make it get better

This app provides an inferior form of access to a small selection of Mazda information It does not do anything clever like connect with the car over Bluetooth and remember where you parked it when you turn off the car or derive more information from the cars computer unit Its just a weak shell around poor mobile webpages Thoroughly pointless
I loved my 2012 Mazda 6 thats why I traded for a 2016 After three months of ownership not one of the 4 nearby dealers has a clue how to program the personalization features The whole nav and media thing is awful and the car is completely inferior to my 2012 So what does this have to do with the app Mazda appears to so completely NOT have its act together and once again like the vehicle they are proving this with an app that does not work at all I was such a Mazda fan and I so regret how much that has changed Worthless

The very first thing I wanted to do was see some Howtos on my new CX5 so I went to that icon selected my model and it takes me to the screen its supposed to for a split second and then turns into a blank gray screen from there and doesnt change from that I literally cant get any information from it at all Worthless Does not work

Dont know what happened to the app suddenly but it stopped working for me It forgot my login credentials my car info service records everything When I tried to login from their website it was the same thing Its like my account got wiped out of their system And the strange thing is I am not able to create my account again Such a waste of time It was better

I was never able to get past the registration screen Im using a stock iPhone 6 and you cant scroll down to enter your town and stay information Amazing if the rest of the quality control is this bad then this is a good app to skip Worst iOS app ever

I love my new Mazda3 GT hatchback so I was excited when I learned that there was an iPhone app Complete waste of time and I agree with the last guy I feel I should be compensated for the time I wasted I couldnt complete my registration using my phone couldnt scroll down far enough to reach the submit button so I used my iPad I mistakenly thought the App could find my Mazda3 like if it was stolen which was what I was excited about It only will bring you back to where you parked IF you take the time to teach the App where you are Disapointing
I was very pleased with this app at first however the mapping component now always places me off the coast of West Africa Hopefully they fix it soon Fair but find my car is busted
