MyLifeOrganized for iPad is an easy-to-use, yet powerful and intuitive, task manager. Designed to strike a balance between the simple and the complex, MyLifeOrganized succeeds where competitors have failed Using an unlimited task hierarchy and ...
This is a great app for implementing GTD it has a lot of features some of them can be customized to your own needs and to what ever system you want the included templates for GTD covey etc give you an idea on how they work and how you can tweak them to your licking Now with timeline view for your task is a big improvement from previous releases It will be better if a full calendar view will be part of future update unless there is one I don t know how to get to it and use              Great app good for implementing GTD
Ive been using this app for over 10 years in one form or another It is the most flexible application Ive found for GTD or any other process The desk application works offline and syncs with Outlook or can be used standalone Highly encourage you to try              Great for GTD
The previous version of this iPad app was mostly useful as a viewer of what youd set up in the desktop app This version is much better and is a solid and powerful Task List program on its own almost While it can do a lot including many things that most other iOS Task List apps cannot you still have to have the desktop app to do some functions For example with the iPad app you can set a task to reoccur every week or every 2 weeks but if you want to set it for every 3 weeks then you have to use the desktop app Its a great tool and its truly in its own class but it can be challenging to learn and some of its features take some extra clicks to get to other apps make it easy to skip occurrences or push the due date to tomorrow without having to open the Task Properties I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of those minor issues and because it is still dependent on the desktop app for some features and the desktop app is expensive And you thought THIS app was expensive              Powerful and good but still dependent on desktop app
I have used MLO off and on for the past 5 years mostly concentrating on the PC and synching to MS Outlook The reason I have been off and on was I created tasks in Outlook and then synched them to MLO I loved the flexibility of MLO but always got discouraged by creating tasks twice and the inevitable synch errors between the two systems Just recently I decided to break loose from Outlook tasks and got away from MS OneNote and switch to My Life Organized and Evernote and using TaskClone as the glue and I think I have found the best system I can imagine I keep most notes in Evernote either direct or using a Evernote Moleskine notebook I mark tasks in Evernote and then TaskClone sends the task to MLO via email I do all my task management in MLO and I could not be happier I use MLO on my PC my iPad and my iPhone and life is good              Excellant implementation of GTD
I have tried EVERY productivity app under the sun and I ALWAYS come back to MLO There is nothing better It is the perfect blend of simplicity and functionality Whether you want to manage projects and delegate tasks or just keep a grocery list MLO has you covered It is the best app and worth every penny Get the desktop app and cloud sync for a fully integrated cross platform solution You wont regret it                 Best in Class
Its amazing that just about every feature of the desktop app has been worked in There is a bit of a learning curve but MLO is an incredibly powerful and flexible app I wish there was a Mac desktop version                 Featurepacked app
This 2nd app is truly a Godsend The changes have been more than incremental so much so in fact that I cant wait for the next rendition                 Awesome App
Cant live without it                 The best task management tool on the market
I have been really impressed and happy with MLO It is a very powerful but sometimes complex set of tools              Overall MLO is a very powerful tool
Granted the software is good but they nickelanddime you With this software I have had to pay for every little thing iPad iPhone cloud upgrades etc it seems that every time I get an email from these guys more money will be coming out of my pocket Furthermore given all the money I have given them over the past couple years I would also expect better customer service Not the case Its not hard to be at least friendly when you choose to reply to my emails When I have time to evaluate competitors I will likely switch to another software           Good software but
Working in a PC environment at work MLO has continued to be my best choice for working with iOS and PC links The new addition of the Today view helps to visualize my work load for the day Still wish we could sync over Dropbox to tie my PCiPad and iPhone together              MLO Continues to Improve
This program is very useful for organizing and controlling workload                 Excellent program get it
Awesome app Easy to navigate All the features I need to stay on top of my many work and personal projects all in one place                 MLO
Really has helped me organize my life              Awesome app
The app is excellent help for my busy work and home to do etc              Great help
Ive used GTD for several releases I started several years ago when I was looking for a better tool to me manage a GTD methodology for my todo lists It provides a lot of power and flexibility I especially love the different views like outline view It is a complex interface Dont let it scare you You can use as little or as much of the capabilities as your personal style prefers              Full featured GTD Tool
I downloaded this at my husbands urging My paper lists are such a mess and Im trying to organize housecleaning tasks to be on a regular schedule The app is very well designed and with just a few minutes of prep Ive got my list all entered and have been using them and checking off all week The only drawback is that you cant set recurring tasks in the free version Ive made the leap for the paid version as I do really like the app and it would be a pain to reset the due date each time I want something to recur              Its getting me organized
Its the best Its as complicated as you need it to be and as simple as you want it to be                 No other is even worth considering
First time Ive ever used a ToDo list app that Ive actually wanted to stick with for the long haul Generally after awhile I find something annoying that the app doesnt do and I just give up on it But this one has almost every feature I could possibly imagine and then some I actually used it every single day of the trial period and then bought it for the enhanced features after the trial was over My favorite of all is the password protection for my lists with sensitive information I havent been able to find another app that does that Also I like how I can set a list to visually show me my progress to completion                 Great List App
Ive been using MLO for over six years It has been extremely helpful at both work and home I have the application open at all times in order to keep on track of my many varied tasks and projects MLO is an excellent way to implement David Allens program set forth in Getting Things Done Before purchasing MLO I evaluated a dozen alternatives but they just werent flexible and fullfeatured enough for my purposes If you need to nest tasks create dependencies set up many kinds of repeating tasks and view data in many different ways youll find it difficult to match MLO                 Organize you life
The hierarchical structure makes it straightforward to enter and track individual projects and phases while the ToDo view eliminates the clutter and lets me focus on the task at hand Only drawback for me No Mac OS X version                 Great productivity app
I just started using MLO and its really starting to help organize my life Im very unorganized in general but this app is helping me un clutter my life              Working Well
Стало проще чем было              Начало
Пользуюсь давно В календарный вид стоит добавить влияние срочности и важности без них он теряет показательность Надеюсь на добавление в программу виджета                 адует что программа развивается
I used the PC version many years ago but stopped when they failed to adequately support iphone and iPad Looks like they may be getting there now The sync still looks clunky though Most apps just sync automatically these days           Getting better
I was looking fro something comprehensive and not overly complicated at the same time this is all that                 nice app
The ultimate for app for organizing tasks Good for all my short and long term goals The ability to organizers tasks hierarchically and by project leaves all other task managers in the dust                 Good for real life complexities
Why the constant pester for a rating              Great app but
I use this app to manage ongoing projects and personal life as well It much easier to take your life under your control with this app And it is cheaper compared with OmniFocus Excellent app but it has several cons No NC widget with ToDo view No wifi synchronization between iPhone and iPad directly           Grate app
MLO is clearly the best GTD and general project and task management tool I have tried many different implementations of GTD And have returned to MLO now that they have an excellent cloud integration I use MLO on my desktop iPad and iPhone and require that they all stay in sync transparently                 MLO is the best
I love MLOhave used it through several revisions Ive tried several personal management apps and software but this is the most versatile and works with the way my brain does Unfortunately Im having trouble getting my phone version to play nicely with the new iPad versionprobably MY problem not the Apps but the versatility comes with a bit more complexity Im going to have to get help with this but the customer support has always been great              Coach
While not a perfect app I have never found another one so flexible that it can be configured to operate in almost any way possible for any thought process                 the most underrated app around
Ive been using MLO for several years and find it indispensable Recurring tasks with location tags remind me to put out the recycle trash every two weeks Giving my wife access to my account on one of her devices with cloud sync lets her add to my things to do list when she thinks of new things that need to be done Project level task hierarchy lets me manage and organize task as efficiently as possible Wish there was a desktop version on the Mac as there is for windows though                 Very Comprehensive Task Management Program
Been using MLO for years as my Getting Things Done Action list Love it              Love it
Probably the best task manager ive come across Has a clean looking interface and several features to help get you organized The only drawback is that you cant set reoccurring reminders              Great app
Handsdown the best personal task management software out there but nickleanddime pricing policy is a serious downside              Great software big price
This is a subtle and well thoughtout app for organizing the myriad lists we all keep to run our lives The multiplatform implementations PC iPhone iPad are all first rate and sync seamlessly The gestures are appropriate to each platform and this new iPad version is truly native A pleasure to use                 LongTime MLO User Says Yay
The functionality of the product is great Its well done and adapts to any scenario you need You can use it in conjunction with Franklin Covey or any other hybrid system you personally enjoy I use it on a Windows desktop on my iPad and on my iPhone It works perfectly and is very intuitive in terms of doing things I have also had to contact their support center for an upgrade issue and the response was fast and very helpful I have tried numerous to do lists PIMs and this is the one that works brilliantly for me It would easily be a fivestar plus product for me except that the pricing is too much The desktop version the iPad version and the iPhone version are individually priced and can end up being almost 100 for the suite And then you probably want to opt for the monthly cloud service as it will optimize keeping all of these in synch Thats alot for a productivity app even a really good one I had to think long and hard about making each of those purchases and while I ultimately did buy all three I felt a bit annoyed If your budget is unlimited these are the best Its just hard to justify buying a Mercedes on a Volkswagen budget              GREAT and FLEXIBLE GTD app
I just got it looks good I will update my review after I have used it more              So far so good
This is a well thought out productivity app Head and shoulders above the rest                 Best of breed
What good if I cannot customize recurring tasks without having to buy a desktop version When is the iPad version going to grow up and be independent of the desktop version     Recurrence
I have been a MLO user since version 1 Waiting for the Mac desktop version next hint hint Keep up the good work              Product continues to grow
I am a fairly new user however so far the app is the best Ive seen              Great functionality
Like many Ive tried virtually all the tasktodo products After years using My life Organized on my desktop I yearned for the day I would have the same powerful filtering and views on my tablet and phone That day finally came with this latest release Nothing beats the sophistication of unlimited hierarchy task dependencies and views                 The only one that does it all
Great app simple to use and helpful in organizing day to day activities                 Mr
MLO has the rare combination of the most features and the best user experience of any task management app available Ive been using it for years and while I keep trying new apps to see whats out there nothing compares to MLO Its a generation in thinking and design ahead of everything else Thank you MLO team for consistently raising the bar                 The best of the best
I tend to be a power user with just about any app that I use and this app certainly whets my appetite for features The Today screen is great displaying not only calendar events but tasks due for the day and a graph showing progress I love the ability to create multiple workspaces allowing me to keep my work separate from my personal life Progress against projects can be tracked easily with both percentage and bar graphs and automatically through completion of subtasks maybe I havent looked hard enough but this is about the only task management app that Ive found that does this and in such nice fashion Plenty of customizability One small feature request the ability to rename workspaces would be fantastic              A task management app for power users
MLO v2 for iPad is much improved over v1 V1 was usable but it had some issues no auto sync the user interface had some problems V2 is a redesign and is much better One area it is particularly good at is hierarchical tasks and projects None of the Webbased tools I have tried do this well Remember the Milk doesnt do hierarchy it uses tags instead Toodledo SEEMS to have hierarchical tasks but once you use it for a while you see that they dont really work right if you move the main task the sub tasks dont move They just dont work well with the way I want to organize my tasks MLO is also about the infrastructure My main task manager is MLO Windows which is a great program MLO for iPad allows me to work on my tasks when I am out of the office MLO Cloud keeps all of my systems in sync All this costs money but I have an everywhere task management system that works like I want and that is worth it                 MLO v2 is a good task manager
I love it I hope it can really change my life still it has many bugssuch as when it comes to high resolution in PC sometimes the word cant show up                 Its wonderful
I have been using various task organizers throughout the years but never settled on one that I felt answered all my needs Because of workload decided to start looking into a new manager and was impressed at how far MLO had come One key for me is Projects with sub tasks              MLO is best of the bunch
