MyHumana Mobile is a simple service that helps Humana members keep track of health-related spending accounts, find an urgent care center near you, and provide a summary of your Humana member information on-the-go.

CURRENT FEATURES

MEMBER INFORMATION
The Mobile Member Information tool shows health-plan member details on demand, including the Member ID number and your group name and group number. This is the first step to making your Member ID card available.


URGENT CARE CENTER FINDER
The Mobile Urgent Care Finder provides allows you to find an urgent care facility near you by using the iPhone’s built-in GPS feature. Details include the facility’s phone number, driving directions and a map.


SPENDING ACCOUNTS
The Mobile Spending Account Viewer displays your recent spending account activity and current balance details for people using spending accounts, such as Health Savings Accounts (HSA’s) or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA’s). This can be useful for you at the point of purchase or service.

The MyHumana Mobile app will serve as the entry point to current and future features. Additional features targeted for implementation include:

- Health care provider search
- Claims information
- Drug pricing tool
- Benefits and coverage information
- Mobile ID card


SAFE AND SECURE
MyHumana Mobile requires you to log in to review your personal information. If you lose your phone, no one will be able to access your information without your password.
