I use this app for every listing appointment I go on I don t have to handwrite pages of noes anymore or worry about my terrible penmanship or spelling I fill out as much as I can before I go on the appointment and then when I get to the house I complete each room exterior features and I go through the list of systems with the homeowner They are impressed with the technology and the app makes an instant PDF and I am able to email them a copy before I leave the house The homeowner is confident that I have every detail about their house and that s very important to them and to me I don t have to pay my assistant to transcribe notes or even pay for a brochure The PDF is very professional looking and it even has the Information deemed reliable disclaimer on every page You don t have to be techie to use this app It s easy and you will have all your listing detail at your fingertips Love this app                     Saves Time Money Giovanna987

This definitely serves a purpose They should call it a feature sheet instead of a brochure That s more accurate It s helpful and you can add it directly to the MLS for agents to see Could be more visually appealing but overall it does what it says             Serves its purpose Alexa Rosario
