I have had this app on my phone for months because they say unless you sign up for auto pay this is the only way to pay But I have had to call in and pay over the phone because this app NEVER works Sometimes I won t even open Always says communication error no matter what you click on or sometimes it does it simply when you try to open it I have only had it work successfully ONE time     NEVER WORKS Dera1204

Usually a good app to pay my bill but I can t log in to pay my bill this month Keeps saying that there is a communication issue and won t let me even get to the log in page             Communication issues can t log in hbb2008
