BCBS needs to add emergency acute hospital provider info At midnight while everything is closed including BCBS help line my family member suffered from in expected kidney stones We had no idea of where to go We were misled into thinking one location was in network but it was not This is important valuable info needed by your subscribers Missing Crucial Info

Was a little wary of even downloading this app based on previous reviews but I needed to look up some info related to my policy This app worked fine no issues with it not opening or crashing and has many useful functions App was updated

Doesnt store login info so you have to remember your username and password and key them in each time Login stinks

I downloaded the first version but all I could see was an intro screen and no way to go deeper in Then got notice that a new version was availble but the download always failed Deleted it off my iTunes and phone and went to the App Store online to download the new version but iTunes insists Ive already downloaded this app and I cant download the newer version What is BCBS TN spending my monthly premium on Not mobile app development Could review if I could open it could open it if would download

Lately ive been having problems even getting the app to let me login at all on my Iphone 5c It just keeps loading Ive had insurance for 2 months now and still havent received an insurance card I requested a new card a few weeks ago which I havent received either so Ive been relying on using the app to show my insurance info to the doctors and pharmacies But I cant even get the app to open when I need it NEEDS MAJOR UPDATES App wont let me login
I really like the utility of this app especially the mobile id Card and the ability to check my benefits and find a doc Works for me
I was hoping the other reviews were wrong or at least exaggerated but theyre correct After the mandatory update the app no longer works I can login but after that I cant do anything else Not one thing works in the entire app Its just a frustrating space eater now Will be deleting it and just hoping maybe BCBS of Tennessee will use some of our funds towards creating a working app Get on the ball guys smh Its Useless
I may use the info in the app once a year I need to make a payment every month For me it is worthless Cant make a payment
The idea behind an app is that you are supposed to actually be able to use it This wont even download completely I was hoping to use this instead of the awful mobile website version which doesnt work either Why cant BCBS TN get a decent app or mobile site Its not like they dont have the money Terribleone star is too generous
This app needs the ability to add insurance card to passbook Its terribly inconvenient to have to navigate through the app instead of simply opening passbook Its easier to just pull my card from my wallet making this app largely useless No passbook support

Downloaded the app was immediately prompted to install the update which I did then tried to register Im looking at my enrollment info from my card and the info I input They match perfectly but the app says that BCBS cant find my data so call the 800 number I thought using the app was so I could see my info without calling If their system cant find my data from the app how can I trust what their app tells me Waste of time
App hangs constantly Login from button on main screen wont actually log in Just gives loading forever Tried to change password and it simply say there No acknowledgement for or against the change Tried to login with new pw and nothing App not ready for prime time
