It is SLOW to load and isn t much faster when it finally does load Seems like it could be a lot better We like Pulse but there is a lot more competition now It seems with every release where they try to improve the app they make it worse Now it takes a long time to connect And often will fail to connect 4 5 times in a row This isn t a good app Average MattSKet
I use this only to alarm disarm my system and to get updates This app is slow cannot keep up with commands and the user interacts has WAY too much poor eye candy on it I really miss the old pulse app Seriously I don t need information on the temperature on this app Give me a fast interface Was this a downgrade solitairing-it

Like other users when tapping Log In app gives me a pop up telling me to turn off airplane mode Please fix I AM connected to the internet
It wont let me login it keeps telling my that my username or password is incorrect so I tried forgot password and it tells me my email address is not found but when I try to reregister it tells me my email address is already in use This is the first time it has ever done this Login issues
It was easy to set up and schedule the payment of my bill Finally no more stamps my last snail mail bill is gone And I put it on CC instead of check Yay It was also easy to take my exneighbor off the call list I just want to pay the bill quickly quietly after I review it for errors Im not sure if Ill have to input the CC info every month or not Easy
Asked me for wifi while I am using wifi and my wifi is 3510 in full speed Asked me to turn off air mode while its off Whoever write this app should be fired Its a obvious bug I deleted Bug

If you have a long email address forget it The login field for email address has a character limit of 29 characters so I was never able to log in Seems like low hanging fruit that needs to be fixed ASAP Fatal flaw

It was great and has most of the features as the website After about 3 weeks all it says when I try to log in is I need to turn off airplane mode or connect to wifi Even over cellular or when I am on wifi Ive already uninstalled and reinstalled No other problems with other apps Was Great
This is a great app and works well for what it does but it is limited compared to the regular myadt website You can only get basic info Theres nothing about service calls on it I like checking the regular website to see the status of my device call or to reschedule or cancel it The app doesnt accommodate this Great app for what it does but limited
I would give it more stars if I could use it on my cellular connection too Only works on wifi
Until this App will allow me to activate or deactivate my alarm thought the App then it is useless It would also be nice if I could recieve alerts when the alarm is triggered Not useful

I received an email from ADT encouraging me to download this app After downloading and registering the app doesnt allow me to login A popup appears stating a data connection is not available and instructs the user to take their device out of airplane mode My device has a data connection In looking at the comments this is not a new issue with the app Which begs the question why proactively contact your customer base to download an app that is not working properly Additionally restricting a the password to only 20 characters comprised of only numbers and letters is shortsighted for a company that specializes in security Received email to sign up for App that doesnt allow a login
I dont see any point in this app other than to pay the bill And Im only able to log in when Im on my home wifi network I would assume that was for security reasons if it actually had more functions but theres not much here at all Whats the point

This is an absolutely terrible app Poorly thought out and extremely poorly executed The login screen does not allow for enough characters to login with the email address that I have registered with ADT I have NEVER had an issue with my email address being too long before When you try to resister and input your account info it tells you an unexpected error has occurred It then tells you that you are in airplane mode with no internet connection Not true I have a strong connection and dont have any trouble accessing the Internet or any other apps Save time and frustration Do not download this terrible app Waste of time Disappointment
username email is limited to 29 characters My email address is 31 I cant login 31 isnt that long why limit this Cant Login
I downloaded this app thinking that I would be able to see when my alarm went off and on what days My alarm went off and it did not show up on this app as stated I was able to change settings like who to call but that is all App does not work as stated And good luck on getting customer service I never did I am in the process now at looking into CPI and see if their any better There needs to be negative star ratings Useless
My email address is 33 characters Apparently this is the first email field I have ever encountered that my email add wouldnt fit in Come on Not enough room
