Okay yesthere are some app flaws on iPhone but its not as bad as some are making it out to be When it freezes on a picture you just need to exit double click home button and swipe app up It clears it no problem If thats an issue than visit from the website instead I have had no problems blocking apps or contacts from my phone and can very easily scroll through texts I actually like reading texts better on phone than web because I dont have to keep changing pages its a great app if you want to keep an eye on kids Not that bad
I also do not have the ability to add a child The plus sign is missing Only have settings Why offer an app if it does not work on the latest iPhones Cant even give it any amount of a star App is Terrible
I created an account and logged in I tried to add a child Apparantly the way to do that is to click the sign at the top right of the screen Too bad a sign doesnt exist There was only a settings icon which provided a help section that was completely unhelpful Was really hoping this app would help me I was willing to pay the 5 bucks a month for something that worked Unusable

First app is so much more user friendly than viewing the full site on your phone Bug occurs when I was looking through texts came across one with a picture clicked on the picture and then there is no way to get back to main screen I am stuck on the picture Bug in App on iphone

I believed that even with its limited functionality on apple products thanks apple for your unwillingness to allow such programs Not helpful that the ability to limit some access and times with our teen would be worth the work Its not I can upload a profile to her phone I cannot adjust it because it disables her safari and therefore I am unable to upload any additional profiles I am only able to completely delete and start over To that end I cannot figure out what is working and what is not I do know that none of the features I had hoped for work on iOS time limits nope GPS nope text monitoring nope app use nope not that I can configure anyhow Frankly I cannot discern what an iOS user would find helpful with My Mobile Watchdog I quit Off to cancel and request a refund Day 3 of trying to make it work

Never works waste of time tried to get it for my son but the app did nothing Scam Dosent Work
After paying for this service I found out that my son was receiving inappropriate text messages and they never showed up on the app It seems they only notified me when completely harmless things were occurring and ignored all of the negative stuff I was paying them to tell me about They did offer customer service but after seeing the lack of quality this product has offered Im not wasting my time Doesnt really monitor

This service is great for monitoring your childs phone activity Ive tried freebie apps but he could figure out how to remove them and they didnt monitor as well as this does Its better to use the website The app for iPhone is really glitchy and I have to keep logging in and out to get it to function Id also wish we could have capability to monitor regular cell phones too It only supports smartphones Its worth it but buggy
Installed this app on iPhone once and it didnt work Deleted it I gave it another chance and installed it again at a later date When it didnt work for 2 months I contacted support but NO ONE contacted me for 2 weeks and counting Im done with it I wish I had paid attention to all the negative reviews iPhone and not installed it Bad app worse customer service Horrible waste of money
