Tracking report is useless That is the whole point isnt it tracking family matters Talked to their technical assistance and they pretty much admitted it does not work but they are working on it Then they email me saying the problem is with my devices Stay away from this one Chemical Engineer

Same here the tracking worked for about 30 mins the first time Contacted support they told me it was my sons phone not being on or google maps limiting how many location updates it will allow The I reinstalled and same thing works for 10 mins and doesnt update anymore I have my sons phone in my hand and it doesnt update after the 8 mins I selected They need to add selective location updating as well as other ideas Not happy for 8 bucks Get to work and make this app work right or give us our money back Was given the run around
New version improved tracking Technical support was great This is a great app to monitor young ones I use this app when out and about Great value Was able to monitor 5 at one time Thank you for this app Great just got better
Tracking report list individual members by nickname I used the app on multiple devices Tracking appeared for all Not like other apps that allow only one user Not sure why user below had a problem but they should contact support I highly recommend this app Great App Works as described
This doesnt really do anything Its accuracy is to within about 1000 yards and the other person has to let you track them If the other person turns off their cell they have to activate it and then you still dont have a sure thing Youd be better off getting the tracking service from your wireless provider Pretty useless
Tracking report doesnt work but the advertisements work great Very disappointing Especially for 8 dollars Dont purchase until you see another review from me saying this app finally does what it says it does Most important feature doesnt work
