This a great app for learning new exercise methods to tone and sculpt your body It teaches you basics workout technics and the method to apply it It could use some tracking journal to keep track of your progress Good fitness tracker
The primary utility of this app is to help you keep track of what areas you had worked out and also provides exercises to do so What is lacking is a note section or some sort of measuring system which notes weight used reps sets etc also would be helpful if there was a calendar view so users could see how they worked out overtime with data on how much stronger they had gotten Keeping track of cardio exercise in some way would also be useful Perhaps these features are in the pro version not sure Anyways great for beginners who need exercises to start out with and can record what was worked out that day Could use more features
