The earlier versions of this app worked great Sadly the latest release for iOS 8 seems to be a departure from the app s better days Absolutely no clue how you are supposed to create a new playlist You can tap all day on the New Playlist button and nothing discernible happens Only saw a handful of the videos I have on my iPad earlier versions saw them all with no muss no fuss Hoping they will get the bugs out     A formerly great app Nashville Wayne

The update has taken away my favorite feature of MVP which was being able to set your playlist by the order in which you touched the files Now they enter your playlist a jumbled mess What s worse is I ve had to reinstall the program twice cause it kept crashing     Update ruined a beloved app Timmy Glover

The interface is very nicely designed and easy to use and I love the way I can play all my short video clips in succession playlist style Even my car controls work when I want to skip a video and move onto the next one I do wish a couple of minor annoyances would be fixed however Every time I open the app it d be nice if it remembered where I was previously for me always my videos but instead it defaults to the Everything list which I can t imagine being useful to anyone Also when I start playing videos you would think the visible controls would go away minimize after a short time but I found I have to actually tap in the middle of the screen to make the controls go away All in all very worth the small price for the convenience of it Thanks for doing this                 Useful tool Frustrated Joe

This upgrade fixes the volume crash problem with the rsult that the app is a fantastic replacement for the iOS player It plays music and videos from the iTunes playlist and it plays Music Videos in lanscape mode This alone makes it far superior to the iOS 7 player Add the sorting capabilities the use of iTunes playlists the ability to make and play its own playlists and the fact that it can play in the background and its near perfect If your device is Jailbroken you can use Music Controls Customizer to set MVP as the default music video player and ditch the built in player completely I ve tried many player apps but this is the only one I ve found that does everything I ve mentioned Definitely worth the money P S I have no affiliation to the app author I just like his program                     MVP 3 0 1 1010101012

Hi i just bought this app to create videos playlists to my little kid and is really usefull i just would like to report a little issue that i guess is easy to fix and is about the compatibility with the new ios 7 feature called Guided Access which i use to lock the touchscreen when a video is playing so mi kind does not close it When i activate the feature the MVP app freezes it still playing the video sound but the app itself freezes i hope you guys fix this issue pretty soon in such a usefull app                     A little issue Yasmelsu

I like to use video playlists while I run on the treadmill and watch them in landscape mode With the new operating system Apple changed this to show album covers every time you rotate your iPod really worthless This app lets you watch videos in a playlist on landscape from any other playlist on the device This app is a lifesaver I considered taking back my new iPod and keeping my very old one which still plays videos in landscape as they have stopped releasing software updates for it I can t believe Apple got rid of this feature for their newer products and I am so glad an app for this finally came out                     Amazing App Lifesaver Mikey tino

Just bought the app because iOS7 doesn t allow full screen music video PLAYLIST playback I have an iPhone 4S with iOS7 when I try to play any non DRM music video it immediately closes the app Tried closing all apps rebooting etc The app must not work with 4S iOS7 combo Boo If I create new playlists in the app though then it works Stinks that you have to recreate your video playlists but at leasts it is a workaround to Apple s iOS degradation                 Didn t work with iTunes playlists works if u create new Jrenaud73

I play in a band and we use backing tracks along with videos and this app works great I needed a program that played one video and just stopped so I could manually advance to the next video This app serves that purpose and although there are a couple minor issues with playing through a projector display I have gotten through numerous live shows without any problems I m still waiting for the new version                 Great app cd3635

I ve been using Video Playlist to play videos in a playlist format but MVP Video Playlist is a superior product It now has a place on my iPad home screen I watch music videos while on the treadmill and there are very few apps that actually play video playlists MVP is the app that Apple should have made Just set up your video playlists in iTunes sync your iPad and the playlists appear in MVP If you want you can go further and create custom MVP playlists within the app itself Thank you for developing this app                     Awesome Love It Rationalist/Pragmatist
