MUJI CALENDAR

Beautiful design but apparently landscape view was not deemed useful That really surprises me I currently use the regular calendar in landscape and prefer it Also colors other than dark red would be a nice option But most importantly I cant synch with Google Calendar I get either an error 400 or error 500 Shame because I had high hopes for this app One more thing I find it very frustrating to click on the Muji Calendar Support link above and be taken to a site that offers no support whatsoever        Really

Like all products in the MUJI store this calendar looks really goodbutin daily use it is not that handy at least not for me because it only works in portrait mode I almost always use my iPad in landscape mode also because of the flipcase           Looks fine but only portrait

Looks good and has some great features but Its missing some basic things like advancing an unchecked todo to the next day landscape mode iCal sync insert contact info etc Its also difficult to get in touch with the developers to make suggestions so I have to do it here Makes me wonder if they are listening Anyhow thanks for the free app looking forward to some changes           Could be a great app

The user interface is simple yet attractive I want to love it I really do but the todo list starting to act up on me the moment I synced with google calendar           Beautiful design but lots to fix

Pinch and zoom seems so intuitive I dont know why none of the other calendars Ive tried for iPad employ it as well as Muji This would be my main calendar if it could work in landscape mode Please           Nice but

This calendar wont convert to a 12 hour clock Initially the drag and drop feature for setting appointments was why I downloaded the app Now I cant get any appointments to show The other apps in this suite are kind of cool and work well as far as Ive tested     Still looking for the perfect calendar

It is actually pretty good I thought at first but it adds the muji calendar list to your google calendar list and I thought that is annoying This calendar doesnt support landscape mode side view Other than that this calendar is pretty decent not bad at all           Its not that bad

It looks and functions wonderfully like most Muji products I would not expect any less Thank you                 Love it

There are definitely bugs to work out 24 hour time no matter what it selected All day events are transferred over on the wrong days Not really a bug but no landscape mode is annoying Overall like the app Especially for free J              Really like it

Still showing all day events a day early For instance an all day event for Christmas shows up on December 24 So close Thanks for the great looking calendar Once the last few bugs are resolved itll be my main date book Cant wait until Muji opens a west coast US store        Yay some fixes but

When I started using the default calendar on my ipad I noticed that there was no good way to sync multiple google calendars This app does that very well and for fans of MUJI you should see how theyve made the interface very simple like other items in their stores I dont personally use other features and for creating new entries I just add it as entry through app into my google calendar to sync with my other devices Ie no entries that sit only on ipad One cute bonus is the suitcase which links to travel app One potential improvement is allowing both landscape and portrait view              Simpleelegant

I think the interface is very nice and the functionality and usability It is superior to the default Calendar app The big feature I want to see would be the ability have Muji use the calendar data from the calendar app That would take this from an app I like to play with to an app I would use everyday              Pretty good

Most of my entries are all day events So the onedayoff bug makes this app useless to me        All day events unusable

I really like this app its pretty and user friendly But I wont recommend this app to others unless you guys correct the bug that showing all day events in google calendar all one day earlier please correct it Then Ill probably change my rating to 5 stars Thanks           Correct the bug plz

I love the interface of this app but its missing displaying some of my calendar entries           Great Interface But Not All Entries are Displayed

I loved this calendar until today everything is in Japanese and cant figure out how to fix it Does anyone know     WTH

Works pretty good BUT Cant set monthly repeats to every 2nd weekday only every nth of the month Cant provide feedback to developer through app support Hasnt been updated since 2012abandoned        Works good BUT

A nicely designed calendar serves no purpose if it cant actually map out your own schedule I didnt realize that this would not synch properly with gcal and at first once my appoints and meetings started appearing a day earlier I was one confused bugger and really felt like I was tripping out trying to reconcile the discrepancies in my mind Dont bother until they add a real functional and basic calendar element to this app     Dont bother

I love Muji and love telling people about their products However the current version of this app is not Muji quality All Day Event sync issues I cant believe it doesnt allow you to view in Landscape mode        Sync Issues No Landscape

I love the design and function but I cannot make it my default calendar without a landscape view Other than that a great and thoughtful design For me it will be a fivestar calendar once it works in both orientations           Please add landscape view

Honestly Ive downoaded like 50 different calendar apps in the past week because I want to replace my planner and carry around less things This app is beautiful and I think it has the best functionality of all the ones I downloaded especially of those that sync with google PLEASE ADD LANDSCAPEits so much harder to type notesevents when the only mode is normal stand up I would love to give this 5 stars after the next update              Great AppPlease add Landscape

this is my favorite calendar app but the synchronization failure is a major problem please also develop a landscape mode           fix synchronization

I love that this calendar was designed for the large screen of the iPad and not converted from an iPhone app However it features too many bugs Main one is the lack of automatic sync or rather the failure of performing it Only manual full sync is doable I hope for a fix and I would be happy to pay for this gorgeous calendar Check out their superb drawing program Simple intuitive elegant           Beautiful and functional for iPad but buggy

The Muji Calendar is beautiful and I would love to use it for that reason I havent run into any of the date errors that others have but the lack of sync with the native calendar iCal calendar and lack of landscape view make it not useful to me If these features were added I would happily pay for them but as it is Ill stick to another calendar           Beautiful but not useable for me

The app worked pretty much as advertised and was the only one available that gave me a way to sync with my Google calendar the primary calendar I use Functions were nice clean easily understood It didnt have lots of bells and whistles but it was free and worked as advertised In short a good app until a couple of weeks ago when it stopped syncing with my Google calendar I went through all the settings but so far no joy Ill keep trying for a bit longer but may have to delete and find something else Bummer           Good app need to fix sync with Google calendar

None of the bugs in the previous verion have been fixed in this update Muji cant seem to see them It might help to have a full catalog Here are some Ive found so far 1 You can choose 24hour time or 12hour time but either way you get 24hour time 2 Google cal allday events are listed on the wrong days New Years Day is December 31 and Christmas is December 24 3 The daily calendar doesnt open at today It opens at the day when it was last opened Ditto for the weekly           Muji cant see the bugs

Im essentially looking for the calvetica equivalent for iPad Unfortunately this is the best there is and it aint that good Major bug all day events display a day earlier on your calendar than they should for some reason That alone makes it difficult to look at        No calvetica major bug

Im trying to sync to my google calendar but it keeps saying to verify account Without instructions anywhere on their website I have no idea what that means Also would be great if I had choices of colors red and blue maybe so I could combine my work and personal schedules Other than this its easy to use and attractive           Decent calendar

Nice BIG improvement over the calendar app that came with the iPad Maybe not possible but a companion app to the iPhone and I could stop using the other calendar on that as well Oh and being able to email an appt would really enhance it Thanks                 Great calendar

I cannot believe this crap Let me start with the good This calendar is dead simple to use The interface is clean clear and intuitive Which is precisely why I installed MujiCal on my partners iPad about a year ago Though being the nontechnically inclined person she is it took about that long a year before I could persuade cajole drag her to using an electronic calendar instead of her paper one That was about a month ago when she finally started using MujiCal But once she started she used it with gusto literally a hundred individual appointments a dozen repeating events tons of tasks And she was planning on getting birthdays in there soon However the app always had issues with syncing saying failure to sync several times upon startup even when on wifi at home I figured it was just an intermittent glitch that Muji would address at some point Lo and behold there was an update today which according to the description addressed this very issue with synching I checked that I was getting the problem then installed the update then checked andI was still getting the same problem failure to sync failure to sync So then I started poking around in the apps settings and as soon as I touched the default calendar all of my partners appointments vanished So I went online with a desktop PC to check her Google calendar To my utter astonishment MujiCal had apparently NEVER synched virtually ANY of the scores of appointments that had been input into it That was by itself horrible enough But then to have the update effectively wipe out the entire calendar AAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGHH I cannot believe it If I had paid a dime for this free application I would seriously be considering complaining to Apple about this And I fear my partner will never recover from this bad experience She will probably never touch an electronic calendar again So far her address book has been solid with Apple contacts synced to Google contacts nothing to do with MujiCal Oh and the app says implies that it can display 24hr or 12hr format for the clock times Something obviously never got translated from Japanese because the thing can only and has only ever displayed time in 24hr military format from the first day I installed it Unbelievable     Failure to Sync Lost All Appointments

I really like this app Its easy to use and meets my needs but I am really losing my patience with the not syncing bug     Please fix sync

are you serious that you updated the app and still didnt correct the bug for All Day events on google calendar displaying a full day earlier this is a beautiful app but thats a pretty elementary function and a seemingly obvious fix yeah           still not syncing correctly with gCal

Astonishing an update that didnt address everyones primary concern The calendar does not allow us to adjust to our own time zone The calendar has an elegant presentation but cant be used until you fix this problem DO IT        Still Unusable

Needs landscape mode and ability to create additional local calendars           Almost there

This looks to be a beautiful app but it is not practical for those living in a different time zone other than Japan All of my dates from google came in wrong because of the time difference Second this calendar is set on military time Although it would take some getting use to it does not fit in the US culture        Location location location

This is a very simple very elegant and very beautiful front end for Google Calendar which is my primary calendar But it has 2 fairly annoying issues that really need to be fixed On start the application tries to sync your events but it fails every time so I always have to hit the manual sync The second issue is that the user has no option to to turn off sync on start so I am stuck waiting for the process to fail before I can use the application Fix these problems and it turns out to be a wonderful application           Elegant front end for gCal but has sync problems

How can you have an update and still not address this You should be disappointed in your effort I am     Fix the date syncplease

I love the calendar app My only complaints are that there is no landscape mode which would be ideal for a calendar Also when scheduling an event the hours are in 24hr mode Please add a setting for us in America that dont use 24 hour mode           Almost everything

I love the look and simplicity of the application but the way this app gets calendar data is flawed I think this application would work much better if it pulled calendar data right from the device itself and not directly from Google Calendar Other calendar applications have seemed to have worked this out eg Calvetica That would allow them to display calendar information from multiple calendars configured in the os settings        UI nice backend flawed

it would become my everyday calendar because I like the simple layout Besides the bugs pointed out by other reviewers I can that it doesnt allow one to scroll down to the end of a day but instead just stops at around 2000        If it was totally functional
