I was searchinggooglinglooking for apps researching several different team builders milestone trackers collaboration apps and software that had dual capability on multiple devices for team collaboration at the office and on the go Most of the comps Ive trialed or used didnt compare to the ease of use and the amount of features provided It was simply uncomplicated I needed no time to become comfortable and feel experienced using an app like this I Vastly became amazed by its usablity and especially its features Its audio chat silent chat featurestext features to specific people within the same chat I also liked the fact that it was easy for me to schedule meetings and organize the majority of my business tasks as well as building them up in binders and folders for me to visually see it similar to a collage was a major bonus It was easy to just draw or sketch something and quickly Jot down in the note section I was able to easily integrate my files that I wanted to be a part of individual projects as well as add muliltiple teams and the sense of ease that everyone was right there in my contacts with no trouble I Quickly accessed Googledrive onedrive dropbox etc so overall this app gets a five star rating I honestly felt like the app produced everything that I really wanted and was able to provide me with almost all the functionality that I needed There is a easy comment section and to add a suggestion center if there was ever going to be a need of a suggestion for what you wanted to also see produced within the system The desktop version was completely comprehensive as well it wasnt difficult to maneuver either between the desktop version and app version they collaborated well together syncing perfectly There wasnt too much of a difference everything operated the same within both sides so ultimately I gave it a five star rating because everything that its capable of doing and more The shocker for me was I didnt actually think that I would need a lot of the features but once I had it at my hands it was more than I couldve expected Now I dont feel like I can live without it My favorite feature was the record a video on the spot through the app option when you pull up pictures or EVEN the web It definitely has become a major use for me and my team We are so much more proficient and this has personally helped change my quality of work dramatically Thank you so much Moxtra                 Exactly what I Needed and didnt even Know it

Great app all aspects except one We use this every day and I love how our team finds new and innovative ways to use this app The only issue we have found is a killer though sending an email with an attachment to a binder makes that binder inaccessible Trying to enter the binder will kill the app unfortunately As long as we dont use that this app is amazing              Love it but

Its not very user friendly but Ill figure it out              Cool

Ive been waiting for an app like this for years And Ive only dipped my toes in Annotate files shared as a team super cool This is going to change our workflow and make going to my computer and email even less necessary I do wish there was an inapp suggestion to the developers tho                 Awesome team filesharing

A client introduced me to Moxtra Super easy to navigate and use immediately The ability to upload documents and photos from one device and retrieve on another it works easier than the cloud in some cases Collaborating with anyone anywhere is so easy Ive used other collaboration programsapps Nothing else compares to Moxtra                 I love it

For a long time Ive searched for something that could solve connecting with teams as well as holding all of the assets being produced in the meanwhile Markstrom does this extremely well and has advanced capabilities regarding commenting on assets even with voice I love it and use it every day for all of my projects The only thing I would suggest is that they try to create some type of a Google Drive collaborative spreadsheet and doc editing I still use those and bring their links in cause its much more practical to work realtime on files              The best product for collaborative working

If you run a project of any kind and need collaboration this is the app Im impressed                 Must have app

You guys took away the ability to drag and drop things into a group This app allows me to collaborate on starting up my business with my friends from anywhere and given that we are college students on summer break thats just what we need Better than Evernote which wasnt saving my info              Amaaaaazing

My company uses this app every day The only problem weve seen with it is that adding an attachment to a ToDo item from the desktop doesnt work It wont show up on other peoples screens You have to upload first to the Binder and then attach it This is not a huge inconvenience though and Moxtra has opened up communication between employees Great app                 Everyday Use

This works great for our church We set up the binders for each major event invited participants set up the to dos etc Within 2 days the entire leadership team of 25 people was up and running Some events are two man teams some take 15 But the app is intuitive and easy THANK YOU DEVELOPER Youre my newest friend                 Very Impressed

Good job Moxtra This app is so perfect right now All the features are easy to access and it looks so clean I love the compatibility aspect of this app because I can access my documents and information anywhere and on any device Plus it is so easy to open documents on other apps or sending them to other users and even nonMoxtra users I love this app so much It makes my life so much easier My advice Dont change anything right now Like I said its perfect                 Great Update Moxtra is Perfect right now

I cant say how useful this app is I use it to connect 3 managers together to work on grant projects and its just amazing No more emailing back and forth with changes change one document and everybody has accesslive chat or text back and forth all this for FREE Cant beat it                 Awesome

This is the perfect collaboration tool for any kind of team work A big thank you to the developers Im starting all my major and minor projects here from now on I do want to give some feedbackwish list items read receipts would be excellent text annotation is really slowbuggy assigning tasks to more than one contact more app integrations dropbox google drive etc better instructions for invitees Most of the people I add as contacts have no idea how to use moxtra and I end up needing to explain that they should download the apps etc Would be good if there was more handwalking new invites through Since you obviously have such a great team I imagine most of those items are in the woodwork but thought Id pass them along Thank you                 Love itplus feedback
