Like others I cant use the app even though Ive entered my VIN triply triplechecked for correctness     Wont register

Worked before I got the new phone Now it crashes when I try to open app           Crashes wiPhone 4S iOS5

Though I havent had to use this due to a breakdown and hope it stays that way this app has a well designed interface and should make a tough situation less stressful                 Smart use of the iPhone

Seems like a potential great app but when I attempted to register it I received an error that my VIN was not correct I tried to reregister several times all with the same error Since essentially all the functions require you to be a registered user the application is rendered useless for me     Doesnt Recognize my VIN

Downloaded after a screw found its way into my tire Some hiccups with registering but relaunching the app and resenting my data finally worked You still have to talk to a customer service rep over the phone and mine didnt know I had a motorcycle so there was some confusion Long wait on the phone too My suggestion would be to automate more of this process via the app either dont require a phone call at all or better train service reps on which models are motorcycles vs cars App graphics are a bit bland but at least the app functions Saves you having to provide VIN info if you need roadside assistance but its probably not that much quicker than just calling direct           Decent but could be better

Even though the make model and VIN are registered in the app and even though the phone has built in GPS when I needed road service for a flat I had to give the Service rep ALL of my info while standing in the breakdown lane in 32 degree weather including name location seventeen digit VIN Whats the point of the app if NO DATA WHATSOEVER is transmitted to the Roadside Service Rep The only thing it was good for was calling up the phone number I needed to call PERIOD Dont waste your time downloading Save room on your phone for something more useful like another mindless game     Useless

I used this app for a flat tire in the middle o nowhere The call was made they knew where I was and which bike I was riding I was kept informed of the progress of help arriving and it worked perfectly Now since I upgraded to 50 I cant get the app to do more than open flash and crash Whats up with this              Fantastic tool

Terrible app Since software update the app does not work BMW customer service leaves much to be desired Called them about problem with bike and I still do not have an answer about how my issue will be managed after four months of being pushed from one rep to another     BMW roadside app

I also have ios5 and as it starts to open it crashes How useless     Crashes
