It doesnt make sense that the app asks for my membership number and access to location services when I have to give my location and membership number to the person I talked to on the phone Even while calling from the app I still had to give my phone number I was told that Id have a 6090 minute wait to boot This is a worthless app for a mediocre service Useless

I havent needed to use the app for assistance yet but it looks like it would be a lot of help Just one place I would need to go to on my iPhone to get help Since there is a limit of three roadside service calls per year thats the max number of times anyone would need to use this app To make the app more worthwhile they should add a section where you could browse the places that offer discounts to Allstate Motor Club customers As it is now Ill probably keep the app but its going to be on the nether regions page on my iPhone right next to the stocks app Should add retail savings partners
This is a great app for customers who have AMC Obviously if you dont have AMC its not for you but if you do its great Btw AMC is better and cheaper than AAA Great app for Allstate MC
This is for people who have Allstate Motor Club NOT AAA Although I hope I never have to use this app it will come in handy when I do Getting gps locations off of your phone sounds nice One app you hope to never have to use
There are two different Allstate motor clubs There is the plan you can buy seperately and there is the plan you can purchase along side your allstate car insurance plan Cant tell from the specs if it will apply to both Two different plans
This app would be cool if it connected you to the discounts available for being a member Deleted it as soon as I saw that wasnt part of it Dumb app

Get the AAA app instead All this does is dial 911 or Allstate Not sure why I would want to use an app that forces me into a phone call Its just a fancy phone dialer
This app actual cost you money You have to purchase a motor Club membership and that does not include your insurance Ridiculous
Part of why I chose Allstate Motor Club was because they had a phone app Well if registration fails every time I try to register the app doesnt do me much good If they respond to my support request quickly and get this fixed I may revise my star rating Unable to register
AMC is by far the best would also like to see feature for discounts on hotels and car rental Have had to use it twice and they were there before the expected time Later AAA its only AMC for me Great App

This app has nice features but I was disappointed to learn that it didnt have the ability to collect accident info that could be reported directly from the iPhone to Allstate Ive seen this functionality in a commercial for another app get on it Allstate Needs functionality for accident info collection

You are not able to access the coupons and discounts that you are suppose to be able to get with the membership from this app Take note
Worst app ever It will not let you get passed the membership info page When you call there help line they dont understand what you are trying to do Terrible app ZERO STARS

Been using Allstate Motor Club for a few years This app is very nicely designed and if you are broke down should expedite getting you the help you need Nice addition to my collection of useful apps Nice addition

If youre a Motor Club member this is a very good tool to have at your disposal It takes care of everything if you run into car trouble I hope I never have to use it but its nice to have the piece of mind that its three Very convenient and versatile

I dont see myself using this app I would rather talk with someone over the phone if Im stuck on the side of the road But I would use it all the time if I could at least search the discounts etc I realize most are printable coupons and such but just to be able to browse them would be nice Ill update to 5 stars for this feature Thanx allstate Its ok
