This was one of the more versatile and most helpful mortgage calculator tools available thank you                 Very very helpful too

Im a Mortgage Lender and a property investor and this app is a great tool The app does everything I need and more                 Great

I am a Real Estate Agent and I love this app The problem is that it does not allow me to pay to get rid of the ads Please do that and I will give it 5 stars     Excelent App

You can adjust payoff schedule to show on an annual calendar which makes it easy to see principal reduction yield                 A shows payoff schedule

App is good but would be better if there was an at payment number option next to the extra payments field There is a at payment number option next to a one time extra payment so putting one in the field directly above shouldnt be too difficult If this happens I will change it to 5 stars           Good app but needs one more feature

We just installed the app and it works great There are three enhancements that would make it even more powerful 1 Add a down pmt field 2 Add other cost fields 3 Create a PDF or email results              Very solid App

This is a handy app for anyone either dealing with a mortgage or dreaming of one The screen is simple and allows you to run the amortization on your mortgage factoring in the interest rate loan period extra payments extra tax payments and so on                 mortgage app

I could not name the loans I could not find a saved loan which by the way could not be named The input page only lets you enter the loan term in years not years and months that is a hassle for existing loans I like the dates on the amortizations           Notable Flaws

When selecting the option biweekly or monthly payments it changes my interest payed by only 150 dollars and still a keeps my paying through 30 years It should be thousands and reduce the mortgage by 6 years Since mortgages are conventionally written as monthly mortgages the calculator should take in account the additional payment made each year 13 payments vice 12 payments while paying biweekly     Biweekly vs monthly

This has been such a help while househunting There seems to be one bug that doesnt carry extra payments over into the schedule but overall its very simple to use and convenient for a quick ontheroad calculation              Simple and Useful

I really like this app to see what I am paying or saving with extra payments At first I wished I could input the Date the loan started but then I just found where to do that in Settings That is really helpful I do like comparing the visuals Nice app                 Great visuals

You have to be a complete idiot to think this is any useful without including the down payment So many are going to be surprised when they didnt account the PMI when not coming up with 20 down No way to search tax codes or insurance rate percentages What a joke     No down payment

This app is perfect when searching for homes helps you figure out exactly what your monthly payments will be on your mortgage                 Great app

The app is very easy to use and get the information on a basic loan Would like to see options for adjustable rate and interest only loans Overall this one is better at fixed rate mortgages than any other It gives the info you need and it doesnt crash              Good first look tool

One pet peeve of mine is apps that add useless stuff Remove the keyboard and keep just a number pad There is no place in this app to type letters Get rid of the key board and use just numbers Its a good tool that could be great           Could be better

App is user friendly but needs a down payment box added It is very important to get a more accurate idea of the true loan payment and amount of to be applied to a loan Also needs an automatic pmi calculation most consumers dont know how to add the correct for pmi rates It would get a 55 if this feature were added to this app              Needs additional area

This mortgage calculator is excellent But when saving calculations there is no way to name your calculation If each calculation could be custom named then when viewing all your saved calculations you wouldnt need to remember Oh which house was this calculation for Also if a percentage could be entered in the property tax section instead of a dollar amount then each time you want to run the numbers on a different house or the same house with a different price you wouldnt need to exit this app open your calculator app to calculate the property tax remember the number go back into this app and enter the property tax If you could just enter your citys property tax rate then each time you enter a new home price the app would automatically calculate the property tax for you without you having to go through all the separate steps to calculate it yourself              Excellent app but needs one more feature

Has the features I need in simple format without all the extra fluff Unfortunately screen does not rotate for iPad and I only view in landscape mode Uninstalling Also wondering if this app is even still being supported Over a year and a half since last update        Almost

While searching for my first home I used this app constantly to determine how much my monthly payments might be I tried all sorts of mortgage calculator apps but this was by far my favorite due to ease of use and the multiple options it provides Highly recommend                 Best mortgage calculator app

How can this possibly be useful without a way to enter down payment information        Missing critical features

Rounding interest rates to the closest hundredth is absolutely unacceptable One should be able to specify 4 18 as 4125 but it rounds down to 412     Fail

Nowhere to input down payment useless I dont want to have to calculate a number in order to use the calculator     No down payment option

This app is everything that I need It is easy to use and gets good results Only improvement I would make is to be able to send it to a PDF for printing              Wonderful

This is a solid mortgage calculator app The UI is great its easy to use and is very analytical but not too complicated for the average consumer Maintains accurate statistics and simplicity If you need to calculate a mortgage this app is fast clean and simple and I highly recommend it if youre shopping for a mortgage or working with finance                 Cant recommend this more
