It weighs in at a hefty 198 MB, so make sure you have plenty of free space on your iOS device. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.1 has been released on 2014-05-27. I facilitate a Makerspace program at our elementary school This is a great program for all of our students I have successfully used with grades kindergarten through 5th The younger students have instant success with the 2D to 3D drawing and the older students use all the features We are currently using the app with 3rd graders They are using it to design Navajo Pendants to go along with their Native American Unit I highly recommend Morphi and have told many teachers about it                     A great app to get started designing in the 3D World Bethebookworm

When I first began looking at the Morphi app I thought it was only a 3D modeler for use with 3D printers I couldn t have been more wrong After speaking with Sophia I quickly realized the implications of this app far beyond simple 3D printing The amount of math that can be visualized alone is worth the download We have since used this app in math classes art classes history classes and English classes Students and teachers love how easy it is to use and the understanding that comes with seeing something visualized in 3D I love this app                     More than meets the eye Captjon007

If it actually worked without crashing it d be a great app iPad Pro iOS 11 2 can t do any merging or cutting of shapes without constant crashing 1 out of 6 attempts might work but guaranteed to crash the next time forcing a complete start over of the project It s hard to believe that we have the hardware to compete with desktops in our hands yet the apps always fall short of giving us a usable experience         Buggy sparkinman

We use Morphi for 3d design for 3d printing and augmented reality It s a brilliant app and there is nothing like it on the App Store The new interface is beautiful with simplified tools and the new AR features are fantastic Love all their updates                     Amazing 3D design app LFdesign

Seems promising but due to functionality being hindered immediately couldn t really evaluate This needs to be changed to at least one full day try out My second suggestion would be to have a save option to obj as well as other 3D printing With these suggestions I really think no other WOULD BE ABLE to compete with this app             Seems promising Coqui Unlimited

Some of the shapes do not print correctly Features such as merge still leave shapes separate in file itself regardless what you see on screen which the STL file records and cura tries to print complete shape regardless how it is blended with other shapes or parts removed Purchased for daughter and myself to work on projects together now have to go a computer software route which will get expensive Crashes iPad Air constantly with nothing else in background     Cura does not slice some shapes properly Joey Aircrew

I use Morphi for prototyping models both with and without 3d printing This new version is brilliant Navigating on the grid is much simpler and the new object transforms tools with scaling sizing are awesome Well done and looking forward to more                     Fantastic app Stcp52

I was looking for this style tool so I could do simple designs without network access The premiss of the tool is excellent and easy to use The app on my iPad Air is unstable I have had to reset my tablet 4 times with one drawing when scaling As a father and a teacher I like the app s approach but as you use it and learn it doesn t grow with the user and become parochial very fast I enjoy that you can email the stl files out to 3d print This works great but as you use it you start needing more Better alignment tools better scaling tools and better response to the screen The product just cry for more For me it was a big letdown Latest upgrade unstable on my ipad each time I print a 2mm cylinder it crashes save often     3Dprinter BearingTon1

I really like this app It s easy to use I love the features the app has like the ability to move multiple selected objects in positions relative to each other like centering them together However as I come from other 3D environments there are a few things I find very annoying and difficult to work with Don t get me wrong this is a great app for anyone to use and work with quite quickly but for creating something from a plan it can be quite difficult My first problem is the lack of a properties box or some form of UI to keep track of and edit the position and rotation of a selected object It s very difficult to position multiple objects in specific locations to use the cut and merge options accurately I feel like this should be a core essential part of the app and while isn t really necessary because I m sure this app wasn t created for professional business use it is essential to manipulating objects accurately and with precision My next problem is the camera It is horrid The first issue I have is the focus point Not only does the camera rotate in a spherical fashion around an unknown point it makes it extremely difficult to work with multiple objects without having to move them around on the plane to get a better view of them I feel like there should be an option to at least change the way the camera operates specifically if the camera could rotate on a point and move around the environment rather than rotate around a point of focus that cannot be moved Also there seems to be bugs with the resizing on the more complex objects that can be created The donut object for example will crash the app if the slider for the radius is dragged to the smallest possible While the app is missing a few key parts there are some great features to the app The ability to resize multiple selected objects at one time is great and being able to separate and group objects anytime is also great However while the ability to move around selected objects relative to each other is great it can be very difficult to click the buttons sometimes because instead of being buttons in a UI box or some other fashion they are buttons that appear in the actual environment I would have a setting to change whether the group positioning buttons appeared in the environment or an UI Also the clipboard is great for quickly copying and pasting bits you might need for future use or for quick duplication However it would be WONDERFUL if you could make separate projects where separate pieces of a larger project could be made and inserted into another project This would be great for organization and object management So for students and users who want to pick up a 3D modeling app and quickly make something simple to somewhat complex this is a great tool However because of the limited functionality of some parts editor I have to rate a 2 5 Upon more updates and changes I will come back and edit my review and I really really want to give this app a 5 5 review because this app has so much potential but in its current form I can t I do plan to buy the full version and I really hope to see some improvements later         A great tool with simple limitations Pro Gamer Brony
