This is one of my favorite apps Very useful for my inspiration and giving visuals to my clients love that it records the website of found images and has options to print save as image email and facebook upload There is no handwritting option i would LOVE to handwrite notes on here but i still give this 5 stars                 Must have app

Cool features Easy to use Has trouble when working on multiple projects Tends to freeze up when working fast or applying several layers to a board        Want to like it more

This app used to be one of my top five apps but now that it requires turning on location services to even use it is virtually useless to me I understand that some app developers want to use apples newest interface with the photo library which requires this but their are workarounds and if a feature really is impossible to implement without LS being turned on then it should be an option to use the program with just that feature disabled Many times i have no desire to access my photo library at all and ive certainly had no reason to use gps data within moodboard but with the current implementation you cant even create a blank moodboard without turning on LS This is a serious problem for people who care about their privacy     Shouldnt Require Location Services

As a fashion designer I found this app to be helpful in making mood boards of inspirations for my designs I think that for 1000 it should have a little bit more too the package It could have more motifs to chose from to spice up the page It could have more and more things to chose from to make this App 5 stars Thank you           Could be amazing

or customer service would respond Cannot get it to access my photos The app does not appear under my Location Services so that I can try to fix this Ive emailed them twice and have received nothing in return        Would be great if all features worked

Love this app I am able to present ideas to clients and we can easily collaborate to come up with the right mood color scheme etc Love the color wheel My only request is for a pencil tool so I can add handwritten notes or sketches              Great for presenting ideas to clients

Location services is on and still wont work I updated my ipad and now this app wont work                 Cant get photos from library

This is exactly what Ive been looking for since I got an iPhone 2 years ago I just got an iPad and found Moodboard and so far I use it more than any other app Im an interior designer and needed a simple app that I can create concept boards with to show clientsthis is it Worth every penny 4 stars because the only thing I would add is the ability to knock out photos The crop tool only allows for the basic square rectangle shape so every image has a background and it starts to look cluttered Please add a lasso tool or magic wand for cropping Ok one more thing more fonts would be great too I would pay more than 5 if these were added Other than that its a very useful presentation concept tool Buy it              Love this app

Im loving this app and Im using it everyday for my various projects Im really hoping that a drawing function gets added soon though Ive gotten really quick responses and help when I emailed the developers with questions and theyve always been helpful                 Great app

I spent 10 on an app and it is missing key features like the ability to draw directly on the moodboard or copypaste pngs onto the board from the web When I try to get a hold of the devs their website gives a 404 error even the web link directly from the app store How do I get a hold of them     I feel like I just got duped

Emailed about the location services issue at 1am on a Sunday and got an immediate response that helped me pinpoint settings I could change So happy to have my Moodboard back                 Location services

Lately every time I start working on something it will crash and any changes or certain things added will not be there when I open the app back Ive only noticed this as of late              Love this app but

Not being an artist of any kind I wanted an app that would let me express my creative side This app is it I played around with it over my lunch hour today and totally got lost within it it is fun It is easy to use and it does everything I need it to do                 Its Fun

This app tries to be useful but its not If youd like to save a project to your photo library andor convert it to PDF well good luck Ive spent hours creating boards only to learn I cant to save them as they appear before my eyes If you use attachments they dont photograph in the spot you locked them Instead they move around And WORST of all the developers dont respond to your inquiries Losers     Useless

Fun app that feels like it could really start to offer something like the ideas in the popular Microsoft Courier concept video that was shown a year or so ago but was just too ambitious for Microsoft to actually produce But while this has many clever features nice web interaction with image grabbing and link notation theres still a bit to go There also needs to be better consideration for note taking or ideas via writing like Penultimate or typing Like a special pin that indicates a note will expand if you tap it for reading writing or editing Id like to see support for the camera on the iPad2 as well as a quick transfer via wifi from the iPhone or a camera connected via the camera connector kit Id like to see some functionality over the existing visual gags like the thumbtacks or tape Like an undo button Let us pick a color for the background Add Dropbox and exportimport PDF support and annotations so people can collaborate via your app Locking alignment of photos edges Sketching Audio recording Videos via the iPad2 camera Smaller but expandable color swatches This next part gets a bit critical so I apologize in advance if I sound negative developer there are only my thoughts and they may differ from where you want to go with this app Take the professional path rather than the novelty path make this a professional tool For instance every time I use the email function I have to delete the Look what I made using MoodBoard tag in the email its just silly Im not seven sending a drawing home to my mom Let us define what that says like Concept board from my companyname I dont need the novelty picture frames as much as Id like the photos I place in to be easier to align evenly This could be an essential app like SketchBook or GoodReader if you really work it and I bet you can              Great ideas here but could be more pro less novelty

Like the others said a complete waste of money and time The app is useless if captions cannot be added Ugh No tech support either     No keyboard

Bought this to organize ideas for a friends apt decorating project and will definitely be using it for my web design projects in the future It would be a 5 star app if I could copy boards move them between projects and if the app kept a library of images so you could share between boards if its cropped from the in app browser which is an awesome feature Otherwise its totally great and easy to use              Love this

This is a great app for an inspiring visiongoalsetting board however I only gave the app 3 stars because the fonts could be enhanced with an outline feature I would love to see the paragraph feature wthe texting otherwise add colored postit notes the ability to add music would also be a fun addition a slideshow feature within the app would really make this a great app           Fun for Vision Boards

Keeping links to websites related to a specific project is great Photos and notes work great Not sure I would use it as a professional graphic app but it has worked for a small business It is a great project management app              Great App for organizing my research

Some aspects of this app work well but its buggy Moving a board to another collection multiplies copies of the board Trying to get rid of one copy deletes all copies Also no way to easily duplicate a board to use it to create a similar but different board At this price the app is very overpriced Im giving up on it for now until these are fixed Would be helpful to be able to add editable text notes        Frustrating app

This app has totally changed how I present designs and concepts to my clients I can showcase several options along side a pic of their space During the presentation I can eliminate enlarge overlay rotate and more My clients are able to visualize so much easier I gave it a 4 star rating because having the ability to lock objects together but still move would get my 5              Favorite Tool For My Interior Design Presentations

This little app has a lot of potential and could prove especially useful for those of us in the creative industry It offers a great way to brainstorm and compare design approaches Heres what would make it better 1 Default frame style setting for images I often use the same frame and find it a hassle having to set it for each image I add Perhaps it could just remember the previous frame used and continue applying it until changed 2 Resizable color palettes The color palette feature is well implemented but I wish I could make it smaller sometimes Either make it resizable like images or provide a few size options 3 Hide layers It would be nice to have the ability to hide layers while considering different color or design options 4 Group layers It would be nice to be able to group layers so you can move and resize them together 5 Ability to access or import Safari bookmarks 6 Align tool Not a deal breaker but it would be helpful too These additions would bump it to 5 stars for me Good stuff so far              Good start

Found about this app on the internet and first tried out the free Lite version I liked it so much that i went ahead and purchased the full version It comes in really handy for putting together visual ideas and references Fairly easy to use but it does have some quirks I wish you were able to see the whole board without the menu bar at the bottom There should be a way to hide the board to do that otherwise you just have to guess when when you want to line things up at the bottom edge The menu bar is see thru but its still hard to see everything Also i wish there was a ways to align images if you wanted tolike a snap to edge feature or something Maybe well get these in an update hopefully The function to grab images from the web is nice though and it saves the location as others have mentioned Overall a great little app              Really Handy app

Ive been looking for something like this for a while now to store images and snippets of web sites and designs to use later for inspiration Works better than anything Ive tried so far but could be better The constant redraws of all the imagesscreenshots Ive added to a board can be frustrating every time you crop something A lasso cut would be handy as sometimes you just need a little nonsquare piece of an image Id be happy to remove the nondestructive editing feature for this which Id imagine would help speed up the redrawing issue too Would love to be able to link text to an image so it moves when I move the image I put the text with the image to remind me what exactly I liked in the image and where I thought I could use it in the future Pages Be great to have flippable pages as not everything fits and I dont like having too create new boards for the same ideasgroups Again still better than anything Ive seen and works well in straightforward easy to understand fashion but it could be SO much more           Best out there but could be more

Great tool for gathering ideas for jobs Unlike the other reviewers I have used this app for corporate clients I also use it just to get ideas down in one place The browser tool and cropping options are sweet Also love the color swatches Great job and looking forward to more enhancements                 Love it

Im not sure what the previous reviewer is talking about I have owned this app since version 1 and it gets better with every update I had some questions concerning the recent update contacted the developers and they LITERALLY responded in under 5 minutes I use the app to plan weddings for clients and I have no problems saving the boards as both PDFs and Photos to my iPad I love it my clients love it and it works perfectly I love the new look it feels more professional Just as a request Id love the ability to quickly go fullscreen and hide the toolbars I hope Apple will start reviewing peoples reviews because it works exactly as advertised Good job developers and keep up the great work                 Fantastic

This app is pretty sweet for work that I do as a rep However the 999 version doesnt allow you to email clients a full rez photo that you build for them You have to save in iphoto then go to that app and send from there The free version does however it doesnt allow you to save various mood boards youve done for people They are great tools but one little fix would make the pay version 5 stars Please fix           Free one is better

This app is great really but the one thing it lacks is spellcheck This wouldnt be such a problem if it were easy to type on an iPad or if the keyboard at least had arrow keys but it doesnt and so spellcheck is a great aid to my satisfaction with regards to apps PS If I used this app solely for organizing pictures and colors this wouldnt be a problem but alas I like to add quotes              Great app but

WARNINGDO NOT BUY this until they do the fix as it is now it is unusable This app could be one of the most awesome apps ever When they fix the bug I will change the rating to a 5     Please fix asap

After playing with the free version I bit the bullet to get the full version This app is turning out to be invaluable as we renovate our second floor Heres a couple examples of how Ive used it to save a ton of time and make better choices many times saving money in the process Along the way I think the BEST feature is that the app stores where you get each picture from So when you decide you really do love that certain light fixture you dont have to remember where you saw it you just click to see the link to the site So awesome 1 picking out light fixtures and door knobs great way to see how much of a difference there is in different manufacturers interpretations of oil rubbed bronze End result is that we are going with a matte black finish on lighting door knobs and curtain rods I figure this will make life easier in the future as well because it will be easier to find patterns with black accents 2 Picking out towel racks and toilet paper holders for our bathroom the ones that match the faucet are very expensive and didnt come in the sizes I wanted but I found some that coordinate really well Being able to see the faucet picture right next to the other images helped me immensely                 MustHave for renovations

Nice product but periodically stops letting you paste URLs in the browser window Other bugs with editing web page links When I go to developer web site or app support link theres no readable content on the page viewed from an iPad Clicking the contact button gives you a blank screen Ironic        Nice idea but buggy

I tried moodboard first and it was great so I splurged and paid 7 and bought moldboard pro the most ive ever paid for an app Big waste of money When you try to label something the keyboard wont pop up when prompted and Im left with a sentence that says Type your text here and cant get rid of it its annoying Nor can I label things anymore which makes this sort of useless unless you can find the exact text you need on the web and cut and paste it but that doesnt happen in real life I emailed the web designers twice and havent heard back from them I would prefer a fix but if no fix a refund would be nice     Beware app doesnt work as promised

I cant get the keyboard to appear so text feature is useless This means the app is useless and my work is ruined I hope the developers get back in the game and fix this They have been silent for a long time Dont buy     Quit working

Been a user since this app was new v10 Recently opened it up after not using it for a number of weeks to find it had automatically updated to 20 and most of what I loved about the previous version was gone When I emailed tech support I was told there is no way to revert and if you dont like it ask iTunes for a refund after a year yeah thatll happen IMHO this was a MUCH better app before they upgraded it        A bit disheartened

I love this app Its wonderful for making color or idea collages The cropping function for web images is easy to use I really like how the app retains the web addresses from images youve chosen Overall its a very versatile tool for design and inspiration                 Great app

As an illustrator this app will be a HUGE help in gathering my reference and inspirations all into one place Moodboard does this very well Just two gripes after I have all the elements established and placed perfectly they all scale huge and shift if I decide to change the background in any way Since the thumbtacks are there how about adding drop shadows to them and to any elementpic that we add Its not essential I know but adding drop shadows and allowing the user to adjust their opacity color spreadetc would give this app and resulting compositions a lot of visual punch Otherwise great beautiful app keep improving it and add more to it Tanks              This app is going to be great

Im a closet interior designer wannabe I merrily snap pictures of my various digital home magazines which go into my iPad camera roll I thought I was being nicely organized by making a photo album of Design Elements until I found this app Yippee Fortunately Im on the cusp of a building phase so I can organize all the elementsinterior and exteriorthat speak to me on specific topic boards I can crop each picture to show exactly what I want to showeither straight from the web or my photos This is very user friendly so I was up and running almost immediately At least for now I cant seem to stop because my finished products boards look compelling enticing and stir my creative juices even more                 Downright addictive

Very disappointed Turned location services off by mistake Now app wont get pictures Reinstalled it Hard reboot iPad Disabled all location services and then enabled all Nothing No service No support Dont waste your money     Support is expired No way to turn location services back on

I love using the boards I am new to this type of software so it seems almost revelatory that I can do exactly what I want to do I tried various other applications to try and unite images from various sources and none of them worked the way that I wanted this one does The only caveats that I have is that I have experienced some stability issues and I wish that there was a way to draw directly in the board rather than typing in text Overall this is amazing I bought the full version after playing with the free one for about 5 minutes So great                 Super fun intuitive app
