When it worked it was at least useful for browsing products It wasnt particularly feature rich For at least a couple of months now all you get is server errors even after reinstalling the app Was barely useful now useless
Ive reinstalled this app several times over the last few months and it still doesnt connect I give up Cannot connect to server
Monoprice is a great site and the app is just like their mobile site In my experience their mobile site doesnt work well but the app picks up the slack The only downside is that the app isnt as intuitive or clean as the desktop site and they havent implemented the new site design on the app yet as of this review Decent App

I am really happy that you made an app and it worked for a while but recently it just keeps saying it cannot connect to the server try again I have restarted the app and even uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail Please fix Cannot connect to the server

The only time I received the cannot connect to server message was when I entered my password wrong not sure if the response is coded poorly or if it actually couldnt connect Anyways its working now and I can browse no problem My one major gripe is that trying to view order details either from looking it up or through my linked account causes the app to crash I am on an iPhone 5 8gb in hopes that it helps the devs sort out the problems Works just fine for me save a few issues

The app is a mobile version of the store Thats great But it is a buggy app The most common being a message popping up over and over that says you cant connect to the server while you are loading up item after item from the server Its just a false error message that respawns forever Great company Terrible app

I was getting the cannot connect to server error everyone else was getting when checking out I closed the app actually toss the app card away and reopen the app My items were saved in the cart and I was able to check out then Checking Out Does Work
App always freezes when I get to the part where I have to fill in my payment information Freezes
