The Mobile LIRR is now available for $1.99 for both iPhone and iPad owners.The application is designed for use in English language. It weighs in at only 1.6 MB to download. It is highly advisable to have the latest app version installed so that you don`t miss out on the fresh new features and improvements. The current app version 1.1 has been released on 2014-11-18. The Apple Store includes a very useful feature that will check if your device and iOS version are both compatible with the app. Most iPhone and iPad are compatible. Not a bad app but it has an annoying smokey overlay which cant be turned off Peak trains are indicated in a too subtle way So until the developer adds more UI options Im switching to an app with black type on a plain white background Smokey

I have tried a number of the prior lirr apps in the store and this is the easiest to use and the interface is free of ads and the other annoying recent trends that are popping up in newer apps Glad to have this app Best LIRR App

This is probably my third or fourth LIRR app Ive been trying to find an app that displays correct schedules and provides updates in a timely fashion Ive been using this one for a couple of months so far so good It handled last months schedule update without a hitch Also I just like the simplicity of this app Sticking with it

App functionality is okaybut not a great interface Just station and time Not worth the purchase Sub Par

This app was my favorite lirr app It was easy to use and worked with no problems at all Then I updated it Now it crashes immediately every time I open it Ill be keeping it just waiting to see an update pop up Used to be 5 stars
