Frustrating Can t sign into the app It doesn t appear to be maintained as well as the last year is about a year old In contrast the Guitar Tricks app at least works I ll spend my money there instead     Can t sign in to account Ferghus

JamPlay is great and I ve been learning a lot The app those is ridiculously frustrating Like others it doesn t track your progress So every time I open the app I have to go through the lessons to find where I left off Not only do I wish it would open up where I left off but also where I left off on my mac I wish they worked together seamlessly Seems like an easy fix     Rating is for the app magneticbedhead

The app is being quirky and I can t log in on the app The difference between the app and the internet site are light years apart and it gets really confusing I d like to see the website more like the app and an app for Apple TV Great lessons if you can get to them though     Great lessons bad execution R6Rider

I really enjoy my JamPlay membership I m learning alot This app however needs some love and messaging It doesn t remember login info Have to log in Everytime I leave the app and come back to it Perhaps the most annoying issue is that it won t track progress I always have to go through the lessons to find out where I left off last And for 2017 I expect an apple tv app This unfortunately does not exist All these things work smooth on a competitor to JamPlay I wish JamPlay would take some notes from their competition and make this app experience better That s why I gave low rating the experience         Love JamPlay not this app Gilly-The-Kid

I am paying 19 95 a month and probably many other musicians and you guys cannot hire a company that can fix this app That is ridiculous and unacceptable Fix this darn app I can t carry my computer to watch your lessons anywhere Not being able to sign in is getting old     UPDATE Not being able to sign in is RIDICULOUS Wayne's spiritual son ;)

If you like logging in over and over trying to get this app to work enjoy Otherwise skip it until they get it fixed It won t remember your log in and will continually ask you to log in over and over every time you try to access a lesson It s a crap shoot on whether any given lesson will actually load and play     Way too buggy QuickieKwix

videos wouldn t work with iOS 10 what a coincidence had to update to get them to play then you have to pay to watch any video that actually shows you anything very lame will delete         Lame will delete jwest787

Jamplay is a great service but it looks like this app is languishing The interface has not been updated for newer devices like the 6 it seems to crash a lot and most importantly video is not streaming for me with iOS 10 I ll gladly update this review if when the app is improved It s unfortunate because competing services like Truefire and Guitar Tricks have great apps     Does not work on iOS 10 Dalton Rooney

Love the app but since iOS 10 it does not stream videos When I inquired I was told it could take quite awhile I d give 5 stars but subtracting 2 for being a laggard             Currrntly not working with iOS 10 norfish

I really like Jamplay as a service for guitar instruction Great videos and tools on their website I bought a yearly membership and am happy with their website Downloaded the app and even though I can log in it still tries to get me to upgrade as if I don t have a paid account already It doesn t sync up with whatever lessons I ve already viewed on my PC Needs work             Love Jamplay but App has bugs Kylborn

This app works great on my iPad but on my iPhone 6 I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it every time to get it to work If I close out and sign back in I cannot access any content as the app wants me to sign up again Would rate it higher if it worked on all devices         Doesn t work on my iPhone6 Cgbotts

Great program Helps me tune my guitar When I took up playing guitar as a new hobby I wasn t even able to tune my instrument by ear Using the tuner was fantastic in helping me learn how to hear the right tones Using Jam tracks for backing play really made changing chords better each time I tried to practice                     Jam Play Alabaster 000

Let me lead with a positive JamPlay s video lessons are awesome The song lessons inspire me to learn songs and the theory behind the composition and the teachers are not only amazing guitarists but great teachers The app itself needs work though This version is definitely more along the lines of what I would want from JamPlay It s basically an extension of the phase learning and has the same video lessons in the areas of scales theories improvising and of course song video lessons The App seems to spontaneously close out when trying to sort song titles by genre teacher or skill level There doesn t seem to be a way to sort songs by artist or song name The video lessons work but the supplements cannot be accessed for some reason I love them idea of the app because I m almost never in front of a computer and my guitar at the same time so I need a good way to access JamPlay on my phone but straight web access just doesn t cut it I m hopeful that the bugs will be fixed because my subscription is well worth the money This is 3 stars If the supplements can be accessed and the bugs are gone it s a 5             Love JamPlay but needs work JetMetFan
